I want to specifically address Del Flora Property Management in Redlands, California, as well as the towing company involved. My vehicle was towed from the property without any direct communication to me. I was later told by the tow yard that my vehicle had been sitting there for five days, accumulating storage fees -- completely unbeknownst to me. I had no idea it had been towed. As a medical student completing clinical rotations in Redlands, I work 12-13 hour days. By the time I get home, I go straight upstairs and go to bed in order to be up early for the next shift. The vehicle that was towed is my secondary car, which I rarely use. The only reason I even discovered it was missing was when I needed to retrieve books from the trunk for studying. Until that moment, I had no reason to walk past it or notice it was gone. When I realized my vehicle was missing, I immediately contacted Del Flora Property Management to ask whether they had authorized a tow. They did not provide me with the tow yard's location or clear instructions on how to retrieve my vehicle. I was left to figure it out on my own. That lack of communication directly contributed to additional storage fees that could have been avoided had I been notified promptly. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and we wanted to get a different towing service after someone hit my car and they refused to allow me to obtain a different towing company before they even towed it or had it hooked up. If you get in an accident and this towing company shows up, do not let them take your car! UPDATE: Spoke with another victim. Same situation and same result. Car was illegally towed and tow yard claimed that there was no record of car registration in the vehicle. They did fight the issue and got a refund. Be prepared with digital copies of your registration. I believe the tow yard employees are stealing registrations out of the cars in an effort to delay pickup. Everyone that digital copies of reg and had their cars towed were able to get them picked up within hours. We had to go to DMV next morning to get a reprint. After checking my glovebox, even my car insurance information is missing. *Second attempt to review* Car was towed without a valid reason and they initially wouldn't provide information as to why my vehicle is towed. Information they legally have to provide. Then they refused to price out length of stay. Again illegal and suspicious. Tow yard is adamant about not releasing car, kept finding reasons to dismiss legitimacy of ownership. Be prepared to fight for your rights as an owner. Review - Wilson's Towing On December 30, 2025 at 9:21 PM, Wilson's Towing illegally towed my vehicle from private property directly in front of my mother's garage, where my family has lived for 8 years without any prior towing issues. The tow driver then falsified the tow location on official paperwork, listing a different address than where the vehicle was actually taken. There are multiple surveillance cameras and four eyewitnesses clearly showing the tow truck removing my vehicle from the private alley, and we followed the tow truck as it left the location, confirming the false documentation. This unlawful tow caused severe stress and hardship, including my sick newborn missing required medication because my vehicle was taken. Due to the illegal tow and false records, I am actively pursuing legal action, and all video evidence and witness statements will be presented in court. Incompetent and unethical business. Wilson's Towing illegally removed my car from my apartment building and then had me pay for their own mistake! My car had a Wilson's towing sticker in the front window visibly displaying the expiration date of 10/18. Meaning my car can be parked there until 10/18. My car was towed by them 10/16 from my parking spot and taken to their tow yard. I'm not sure if their driver forgot his glasses because my parking sticker/permit wasn't expired and clearly said 10/18. Therefore illegally stealing my property and holding it hostage. When I got to their tow yard they told me they cannot release my vehicle, I needed to pay the $426 to get my car out!? (The car was only in their yard for 4 hours) I asked why I had to pay if they mistakenly took it? The workers were unprofessional and spoke down to me and said if I wanted my car I would have to pay to get it out and if I don't they would charge me more per day it was in there. I asked for their managers name and they kept saying it's "Manager". They wouldn't provide me with any of their names so if you know the managers name please let me know. I would have NO problem paying if I had actually messed up and double-parked -- but how can they accuse me without showing a single shred of evidence? It makes no sense! Eddie M. was the best! I called 3 different towing companies and got the best deal from Wilsons. Eddie showed up within like 7 minutes. Took pictures of my car when he got there, again after he loaded it onto the bed, then again when he took it off. He gave me a ride home. I asked him to drop it off in a pretty small space. He did it perfectly. I couldn't have put my car in that space even if I drove it in myself. The whole experience was quick and easy and didn't cost me alot. After it being towed yes I understand where I parked shouldn't have been there for one but for two they don't give that beeping noise of like anyone knowing they were to tow it. And when you tell them you guys only had it for less than 2-3 hours they still charge you $385 for the towing fee and 89 for storage fee then 39 for city fee. Not only that I told them I knew I left my registration in my glove compartment the girl with the tatted arm said I looked it wasn't there. I had to call to get help multiple times. And when I explained being still nice and courteous to them they laughed over the phone and took about 10 minutes for them to help me even after telling them I'm relying on other people to getting me to my car. There were only discussions for a contract. Several Residents cars were towed as a result. Wilson as of this afternoon has failed to answer phone calls and messages regarding this issue. Despite showing the proof they made her wait outside like she was going to steal the car until the rental car company called them and told them the rental agreement is still valid!
