After doing a biopsy she was finally diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Bullos Penphigoid and started treatment on March 23rd. Thanks to Dr. Hannah Downing for the financial, and emotional mess you created.

if you want t have it appointment canceled a couple hours before ur supposed to be there TWICE , or…read morebe told one thing at one appointment something and then told something different at ur next one then this is the perfect place for u. If u like spending hundreds of dollars and not getting results u asked for and having to spend more money to correct or try and get what u asked for, or having someone try and charge u for the same area u got treatment at then u better run and book ur appointment now. I called and explained my issue to the office I received service at in Wake Forest Location and was pushed off and sent to Raleigh location where I was treated like what I felt didn't matter and was charged to fix/correct the uneven/migration. I had been in communication with Hallie until I contacted her about something I thought needed to be corrected and got no response after multiple messages and pictures. She told me one thing at my appointment and then aft r having 2 follow-ups cancelled at the last minute and meeting with another injector who was seeing her clients, I was told the filler she had used wasn't normally used for the area I had gotten treated and needed some adjustments to. So needless to say the area wasn't fixed/finished with the left over filler I had and then was sent to Raleigh to have to PAY to get anything corrected. I will say Shelby was great and so sweet and it wasn't by any means her fault for not knowing conversation Hallie and I had at original treatment and with her not responding to clients when they aren't happy with something, Shelby had no way of knowing my concern. I didnt appreciate being pushed off to Raleigh location to see what I was told " An experienced injector (Jessica. A) who could help correct my issue and help figure out what the reasoning was that my Botox did not smooth forehead lines this last time." Well neither of my issues was corrected or addressed without paying more money

Without asking me first, they had assigned her assistant, a less experienced provider, to perform the procedure in her place, including on my eye area. While I waited, I noticed the owner in the office filming content for social media rather than stepping in to perform the treatment herself. No one called or texted to give me a heads up about any of this beforehand, despite this office usually communicating by text. I paid a $500 deposit and don't think it's acceptable to swap in a less experienced provider for a treatment near the eyes without getting the patient's consent first. I've since heard similar complaints from others about last-minute changes and poor communication here. Ask detailed questions about who's actually treating you, and get their consent process for provider changes, before booking.
