If it was possible, they would receive zero stars. Firstly, I was quoted 20 minutes for my pick up order to be ready. I waited until 30 minutes passed to pick up my order. Upon arrival, I was told that my order was just coming out of the oven. I then waited for an additional 25 minutes standing in the front of the restaurant. This was what they were telling all of their customers and the front was filling up and there was around 10 others now waiting. An employee/manager or owner then started yelling at all of his staff and making customers uncomfortable. When my food was finally ready, the same employe was so rude and almost threw my order at me on the counter. used to love Willy's. could always count on great food. but now, terrible. first received wrong platter. don't like their bacon. the toast, it was so soggy. This was so ridiculous... the pizza came with 1/2 of the cheese on the box and other half slips off when you try picking up the slice since they put the toppings on the sauce and cheese on top. Common physics, toppings keep sliding off everywhere. Also forgot the drink. As a New yorker I didnt have high expectations but this was not cutting it. read more

I dropped by Willy's Pizza for a slice at lunch and ordered the meat lovers. From the look of the slices they had displayed it looked identical to Gabriel's Pizza with a bit more cheese...yes i said it, a bit more cheese! The guy working heated up a slice for me and I sat down and had a slice. The slice was around $4. When I first bit into it it really did taste like Gabriel's recipe with more cheese. I'm not a fan of Gabriel's but if you are you might like this place as well. They are pretty much the exact style of pizza. read more

Great great pizza, just don't get the thin crust as it is mediocre. The regular crust is so fluffy and airy and the tomato sauce is so delicious. It tastes homemade and savoury. I have had their Hawaiian several times (The BEST Hawaiian I have ever had), a pepperoni and sausage, and their garlic chicken. Of all those, the only one I wouldn't recommend is the garlic chicken since it doesn't have the yummy tomato sauce and is replaced by a meh garlic one. The chicken was good but for some reason the red onions just didn't agree with me. The Hawaiian is my favorite with the sweet pineapple pairing great with the tomato sauce and the ham being gentle and adding a bit of a meat component without taking away from the rest of it. For non pizza items I have had their club sandwich and poutine before. The club sandwich is a little dry for my personal tastes but otherwise super good. The poutine had a good gravy but the fries just weren't really the right kind for a poutine imo, they were too solid (not hard, just really potato-y I suppose?) and absorbed none of the gravy flavour into them. Not a bad poutine but Pizza Pizza's is a lot better. The pepperoni and sausage was good, I liked the pepperoni a bit more then the sausage but it's more of a preference thing, they're both very good. Overall, yum, it's worth every penny (it's pricier then typical pizza) as long as you go for a tomato sauce based pizza with at least a regular crust. read more

Just got my delivery..ffs .. I'm livid. After 8 years I've finally had enough of this F'ing pizzeria.. I have kept track of EVERY order and they have gotten 87% of my orders WRONG. 87 fucking % let that sink in. I've managed a Pizza Hut, A Dominoes, have owned a Subway and am I haute cuisine Chef. Your business and how it's run is bloody appalling. It's not rocket science guys ., Youve never apologized or EVER offered any compensation for fucking up 87% of my orders. I should have done this years ago, but Jo-Jo's now has my business. Willy's pizza has got to be the best pizza in Ottawa and Gatineau. They're very generous on their toppings, It's always baked to perfection and the service is very friendly! Willy's us our go to take out place. The pizza is delicious. 80s kids... Remember the ninja turtles pizza that had the cheese that would stretch for miles... They totally ordered from Willy's. So delicious. Their shawarma is amazing too. Everything has been perfect and big portion sizes, definitely shareable. We ordered it for my sons birthday in November and the pizza was a huge hit with all the guests (kids and adults) and we ordered again tonight after a long day of play date with my sons friend, the boys inhaled their chicken strips. So delicious. Always nice to have an awesome go to take out place that does everything from shawarma to pizza to chicken fingers and much more. read more

My fav stop to get pizza. Our favourite one is BBQ Pizza, Willy's and Mediterranean. The dough is very tasty (we always order thick crust), and it's loaded with cheese. They have specials often, so check the website before ordering. Love this place! The stuff is friendly, aLways quick and attentive to customers. read more
