I was not impressed with this mall. It has a rougher crowd of young people We were there on a Sunday afternoon, but I can see that this is not a mall you would feel safe in after dark or when things are more deserted. I felt uncomfortable here. The mall wasn't very well kept, with trash visible around the food court and near the fountain. Needs better maintenance or visitors need to take a little more pride in keeping the mall clean. *Update 9/25/17, This mall is now one of the few places that still has a Picture People in Sears, which is nice to get those family photos. read more

A clean, well maintained place ,a great place to walk, socialize and or shop. For me, it's also close to my home .

Went with a friend to Willowbrook Mall because there was a store there (The Limited) she wanted to go to that wasn't in The Woodlands Mall. We went middle of the week during the afternoon. Overall this mall seems to have been kept up quite well (I remember back in the days when it was brand new and competed with Greenspoint Mall). Lots of popular stores, lots of people shopping, new construction, so it seems overall the place is keeping up with the times. The only downside... Lots of sketchy "diversity" slumming around up to no good, more so now since I heard Greenspoint is enforcing a "no saggy pants" rule. The mall security is a joke, the one guy I saw looked like Barney Fife. I would not go there in the evening for sure. The Woodlands Mall is so much nicer, cleaner, and safer. But with such high demand there stores are literally on a waiting list to try and get in, and thus have to settle being at Willowbrook for now. read more

So when I visited this mall I was shopping with my mother to look for outfits for a party. We came to the food court and ate then we left the bag on the table but my mother walked away for a few seconds and the bag was gone .we asked security to look on the cameras and all they did was take down my mother number and never followed up.It was 150.00 in that bag and we looked away for a few seconds and where we come from someone would not take our bag or ask who's it was read more

Great mall, thats been gettgin additions and new stores... just keep it up. read more

It's a great mall and has a lot of good stores!!! Easy parking and is a good mall just to walk around.

Pretty "blah" as far as malls go. There are some nice stores but the quality of stores begins to get into flea market territory as you walk further into the mall. Parking is not especially great but not terrible. Now the food court is terrible. You have about 8 places to choose from (if you don't count Cinnabon & Starbucks), 3 of which are all "Asian-Cajun" food. Then you've got Taco Bell, Subway, cheesesteak place, pizza place, and the only real decent one, Chic-Fil-A. They have recently renovated the food court seating so it's more inviting. And it looks like they have some more renovating to do so hopefully it improves. If you absolutely need to get something from the mall and you're short on time, come here. If you've got time to spare, go to the Galleria. read more

Willowbrook has been remodeled since previous years and they did a good job. It feels a lot cleaner than it use to. Also love the dicks sporting goods they added! read more

One of the best Mall's that Houston has to offer. It has many stores and always very clean. If you are a local it is the best malls around, if you are a tourist I would suggest going to the Galleria. read more

It is a good mall, clean, with a good selection. I mainly go there for JcPenny, they always have very nice clothes at an affordable price! However I grew up near Kingwood and love Deerbrook Mall much more than Willowbrook Mall because Deerbrook is bigger, more selection, and has AMC Theater built in it. read more

Great stores. Some have their flaws but should be addressed at one time. Though the mall employees in itself have issues. The cleaning ladies are very rude and dont pay attention they moped my bags sisters legs and my shoes. Also, the new arrangements of the seats are sooooo crowded mothers with strollers are at a lost because they can't fit anywhere. Also Dicks SHOULD NOT BE IN THE FOOD COURT LIKE WHAT ARE YOU GUYS THINING. read more

Has gone downhill. Not safe. Store merchandise poor. Very crowded on weekends. Teens acting up and not supervised in mall. Kiosk people won't leave you alone. Used to be real nice years ago. Foiled robberies from several stores. read more

We were turned away 12/8/20 at 2:45 after making reservations with MY HOLIDAY MOMENTS- name of the company to see Santa. My seven year old is upset he thinks Santa won't know what he wants. My husband and I are beyond angry, we were told by the attendant we should have been here Nov 22nd as that is when they opened! This company is unbelievable and frankly a detriment to families. I cannot believe WILLOWBROOK MALL would let this happen, we were not the only one turned away, 15 to 20 other families were turned away as well. Please don't go see Santa at this Mall. Now we are scrambling to get another place lined up for our son. read more

Honestly not the greatest environment, but it is an alright mall. It's pretty convenient and their Disney store and lush store is great!

Like the mall. It has a lot of things to offer a shopper. Very clean and modern. But bring your walking shoes. You will get tired.

This mall has gotten better and better over the years they always have plenty of parking they have a great food court option and it's right off the freeway. I Visit thisMall probably twice a month. They have a Nordstrom rack no other mall has one attached , a sprate men's Macys and a Starbucks in the food court . I can always find something here read more

I really love this mall, sometimes even more than Thr Galleria. It's right by my house and has everything I need it one place. The stores are always clean and stacked with the best clothes, I'm more like going to H & M or Forever but the fact that there is an Old Navy inside the mall The food court is good too, and a chick-fil a in the mall is the smartest decision EVER. This mall will have what you need, trust me! read more

I go to this mall more now and that's because of the fine big booty women at this mall.Even the white women has some of big ghetto booties especially this white girl at kiosk that sells curling iron she has slim, flat stomach, cute face, thick legs and a big round bubble butt. 5 stars for the quality of women plus nice stores and food court. read more

This mall has changed so much over the years. It's the closest mall to me so it's the mall I go to the most. There is pretty much every store in here that you would want. No complaints, just a suggestion I know there have been robberies and break-ins in the parking lot so just be careful. That seems to be pretty much any place you go too now a days. So always be aware of your surroundings. There is construction right now going on in the food court area to expand I am excited to see what it will look like. read more

The mall is decent, great products and good prices. But I do warn all of the customers that there are a lot of ratchet and racist black teens there on Saturday nights. Things got to be very awkward when I went shopping with my girlfriend. Forever 21 is a good store to shop in too! Even tho some of those girls kept trying to bump into me to get my attention while I was on my phone. -.- the mall would be better if people in this neighborhood were not racist and awkward. read more

First time here. Nice mall. Clean big Dillard store. Parking was close. Not as crowded as other Houston malls. We will return!

Shopping is what I do best, and at Willowbrook Mall is where I go! This mall is my absolute favorite mall not only because it's close to my place, but because of the clean and family atmosphere. Unlike other malls, where their parking is pure hell, Willowbrook has plenty of parking located all around the mall. The mall is surrounded by plenty of restaurants if you get hungry and if the food court is not your thing. I do have to say that their stores here are FAR better than any other mall in comparison. read more

On this side of Houston, it is the second best option after the Woodlands. Does have a plethora of stores, traffic is bad. Avoid 1960 at all cost or you might spend more time driving than in the mall. read more

Why does the management of the mall allow the kiosk cart vendors in the middle of the mall to literally harass the mall customers? I went today to the apple store and was stopped (or attempted to stop me) no less than 6 times to sell me something. It is extremely annoying. It's no wonder why more and people are changing to online shopping. This is just one more reason to shop online. GGP please understand that the minimal revenue these vendors are giving you is really just driving people away from your mall. In retail and any service oriented business, your success or failure will depend on the customer experience. My experience today was not good and it is this way every time I go to your malls. Your retail stores would hate to know this could and probably is effecting store sales. read more

Wow reading all these bad reviews about Willowbrook mall and I'm wondering where are the thugs and thieves that they type about. I like this mall. It has all the girly stores that I shop at. They have Bebe which Memorial mall doesn't have so that's a big plus! I've never had a negative experience shopping there so I give it 4 stars. read more

I have been coming to Willowbrook Mall since I was a kid. It has changed a lot over the years. On my last couple of visits, the place has been packed which is good for business. There is a wide variety of stores here and lots of options. The mall has definitely seen better days, but it is not as bad as some other malls. I would still come here if I lived in the area and needed to do some shopping. I would not drive out of my way to come here though if I could find what I needed elsewhere. read more

This place is a good mall and has one of the two H&Ms I know of in the Houston area. There are many stores to visit and the mall itself looks generally nice. The food court is decent and the layout the mall is pretty convenient in my opinion. This place is worth a visit if you're ever nearby. read more

Good stores. Love Nordstrom rack, but I walked outside in the heat on way to my car instead of going back past all the kiosk venders. I feel like I'm at a market in another country. I will stop if I want to look. Leave me alone!! This really needs to be addressed by management!! I will not come back into mall due to them. read more

Visited today with my one year old twins, I knew they had carts for two kids so I didn't bring our stroller...huge mistake! I pay the $7 for the cart and out comes one with a broken steering wheel, broken seat belt and vomit! Even though I always wipe down carts for them this one was too unsafe and nasty! So I tried to find customer service, asked a security guard and he nearly laughed saying there was no customer service for the mall! Great!! Shelled out another $7 for a very dirty cart, but at least the seat belts weren't broken! Don't even get me started on the food court! A select few and equally unimpressive restaurants to chose from, tables were dirty...I simply wanted to get out of that mall as soon as possible! If you're looking for subpar shopping and ambiance head here! read more

I would never let my kids go here at night, and their going alone EVER, day OR night, was out of the question. There was a stabbing here inside the mall, in front of Victoria's Secret in the summer of 2010. I go to Willowbrook during the day ONLY. Very busy mall, Saturdays are a nightmare at Willowbrook. Take Greens road if you have to go. Stay off 1960. Parents let their kids run wild here. Keep your kid on a leash or keep him or her at home til they learn how to behave or you learn to control your kid. read more

I used to live in king wood, so the nearest mall was deer brook. I thought that it was a pretty decent mall until I moved over here. NO compairsion. The Willowbrook mall has clothing stores, but it also has a build a bear, a William sonoma, a game stop, an apple store, you know some variety for those of us who don't want to just look at clothes. They have 2 plus size stores and people actually appercaite you going in. I LOVE the little paint shop right off the food court near the bathrooms. I used to go all the time to the one in deer brook, but it closed. There are basically 3 sections you can explore, so its not as easy to get lost as the galleria. Its the perfect blend of close to home, being small enough I know what stores are there, but big enough to go shopping on a weekend. I love that whole area, it seems to have everything! read more

They have a great food court and nice clothing stores. Willowbrook Mall has a lot of accessory and jewelry stores.

I would not go to this mall preferably. It has plenty of stores and is pretty well kept, but it is crowded and a little run down.

its close. its up and coming. it used to be much more ghetto. now there is at least better stores. plus pretty much everything you need you'll find here. i've visited this place a lot over the years...some of the stores change..but all in all its the basic mall. i remember when Macy's was Foley's...long time ago. now there's a forever 21 the size of Macy's! (not really but its pretty big) good gracious... its got a aerie, which is few and far between in Houston. so last minute shopping is good here. the food court is better now too: subway, starbucks, chick-a-fila, taco bell, multitude of asian knock off foods (basically americanized fast chinese food)... you'll probably run into someone you know (natives), bc basically its that popular. read more

I cant wait for the new H & M store to open! I recently had an amazing experience at the Sephora in Willowbrook. A woman named Mary helped me and she is fantastic. She is the first associate to help me that seemed to love her job! If you are looking for great service ask for Mary... She will treat you right and you might just get a few free samples too. read more

Haven't been here in a long while.. and boy, has it changed. I'm thrilled of some of the newer stores, such as H&M. I had to run in the other day to buy a bday present so I didn't really have time to shop, but I will have to come back and do some serious shopping. :) read more

This mall has every store I need, but it is always so crowded. I can't fault them for that, but I get tired of people stopping in the corridor while mobs of people are walking behind them. I feel safe going to this mall at night and this is my second visit in less than a year. It also has the only Versona accessories store in the Houston Metropolitan area. read more

We went to Los Cucos in the mall for a margarita and chips/salsa. What a good deal for a quick snack (free) and good drink! Restaurant was clean and we were able to sit up at the bar. Would definitely go here again. Too bad I wasn't able to pull the restaurant up on Yelp. Now for the mall. This is a big mall with every store and kiosk you can imagine! Nice place but was super crowded today because of tax free weekend. read more

We go to this mall since 1980.. recent remodeling would certainly add more to the mall appeal.
