The easy to find, yet nondescript building, along with a field of randomly parked limousines, shuttle buses, and a school bus, had me knowing I was in the right place. During my first visit with Greg, the owner, I knew I wanted to do business here. There was no high pressure sales pitch or shady business dealings. Greg had a genuine interest in what my plans are and shared invaluable information. Not only did I get a lesson in vehicle engine types and state laws, but also small business ownership information too. After a few visits, test drives, inspections and insurance quotes, I'm ready to wheel and deal, to sign on the dotted line. It was truly the excellent customer service - Greg's professionalism, business knowledge, and referrals that had me convinced I had found my vehicle. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately, depends on how you look at it, timing is everything. The ease of payment was simple and affordable. On the date of the event the driver named Bill arrived 10 minutes early. He helped us load the bus with snacks and adult beverages. This party bus allows you to brings snacks and drinks. Bill picked us up in Springboro and drove 25 of us Cincinnati. The driver drove us to three different locations in Cincinnati. At each location once we were ready to leave then we would just simply message the driver Bill and he would pull up to pick us up from location 1,2,and 3 in less than 5 minutes. Super efficient and attentive. The service and the driver Bill was absolutely outstanding and ensured our safety to and from each locations and throughout the transportation from Dayton to Cincinnati and back. On the way home we even had friends sleep soundly on the bus. We did not once feel that we were on a party bus since the driving skills of Bill was impeccable as if were not even moving. The ambiance and the interior of the bus was amazing. The interior of the bus would be best described as night club on wheels. The interior was decorated with amazing neon lights. The seating areas were all black leather interiors and super comfortable. There were two medium size coolers integrated on each side of the seating areas. Super convenient and easy to grab beverages with ease. The interior of the bus was super clean and very nicely decorated. It was as if we were the first passengers to experience this party bus for the first. If you have a smartphone you were able to play music from your music list via WiFi connection to the speakers of the bus. Everyone on the bus had so many good laughs and enjoyed such a memorable evening out without having to worry about driving and parking in downtown Cincinnati. I had a such a great time and hope to use them again for another party. Hiring a drive or a party bus is way cheaper than receiving a DUI. Many guests were replying on this option for a safe ride to the hotel. Instead, they showed up with a 14 passenger van, claimed the bus was broken down, and provided 1 trip, which took 30 minutes. They did not return to pick up more passengers. They did not answer our phone calls. 36 of our guests were left to find their own way home, which was incredibly dangerous, considering we served alcohol. I attempted to contact Lucky Limo after the wedding, and they blocked our phone number and won't return any emails. We did not receive any sort of refund, even though we paid for far more than we received. Worse yet, no one has acknowledged the dangerous and horrible position they left our loved ones in.
