A local brewery's bottle of a bourbon barrel beer is priced at $5, and in the brewery it is $10. The liquor stock is good unless you want something specific. We called ahead earlier in the day, wanting a specific bourbon. Three bottles. The person on the phone said it is one of their stock items and they should have it in stock. (He did not look to confirm). We went out of our way and rushed our activity to get to the store before they closed. They did NOT have the bourbon in stock and there was not even a sticker for it to go on the shelf. Not a happy customer!!

I'm kinda confused by the pharmacy part. You can buy your average, everyday shampoos, body washes, or razors here. It feels like an odd use of space - especially when these items are definitely cheaper at your big box store. The rest of the store is pretty cool though. From garden supplies to unique pens to seasonal decor to toys I've never seen to baby and dog gear, there's a mini half-aisle dedicated to most types of "stuff". A lot of it is brands and styles I haven't seen at big-box stores, and it all looks way higher quality than dollar stores. All prices end in a flat number ($5 vs $4.99) and everything looked properly signed. Prices aren't dollar store cheap, but they're not pricy either. Most everything average is in the $3 to $8 range. I found lots of cute little things that would make great gifts; lots of branded merch (Bluey, Pokemon, Hello Kitty, etc.) Lots of stuff to look through. Most that you probably don't *need*, but I found a lot of stuff I wanted. The store was nicely organized, pretty clean, and well-stocked and faced. The two employees were really friendly. Both greeted me upon entry and asked if I needed anything when I was staring at a display for awhile. Bathroom was clean and single-room unisex too. It felt fun and playful and welcoming to shop there, and I'll definitely be back.

We went into the main Foy's which had everything from masks to party supplies to cleaning supplies to candy to parakeets. We bought some candy, browsed the entire store, and had our fortune told by Zoltar. There were two fortunate teller machines and one of them was working. The shop is cluttered and not that big, but they packed lots in there. This iconic store has been around for years and I was glad to finally get to visit. My four year old was partially frightened and partially fascinated.

The eyes do not light up and in fact, upon taking it apart to try and fix it ourselves since they refuse exchanges- we found there were not even lights for the eyes to light up! and half the sign did not light up because there wasn't enough light bulbs in the sign. They had little tiny lights on each side but the entire middle section of the wording "Haunted House" you couldn't even read because it wouldn't light up. I bought the bloody hand gel clings and they don't stay on the windows- I have three sets of those things and they fell right off the window within the same day I put them up. I didn't have time to evaluate the bigger items I bought- but I will tonight and may have another review tomorrow. I agree with the previous review- FOY's here I come! To Brian C and his wife- be glad you didn't waste your money.... Friday 09-23-11 WELL! Unfortunately- what I feared is exactly what I thought- the room scene decorator (wallpaper of sorts) that I paid $20 for was crap as well. It's made of this slippery-vinyl-plastic material that does not hold tape and of course when you try to use tacks- it causes the paper to rip and tears off the wall. I was very disappointed in the quality of their merchandise- I would say avoid this store- I guess I need to go check out Spirit Halloween stores and see what they have. PRAY it's not the same merchandise! We came back on the date we were told they would be open and there was a sign on the door stating they wouldn't be open until the 6th of September, we commented on how it was the second time we had stopped here and no luck on trying to spend money with them. Tonight we just happened to be passing by and realized it was the 6th of Sept, so we stopped in for the 3rd time, this time there were customers coming out of the shop, we were in luck! Not so fast!! We were met at the door by a not so pleasant employee who informed us that this was their first day to be open and they closed at 8pm (it was 8:05), I told him it was our third time trying to shop here, he made no comment or apology and just shut the door and we heard it being locked as we walked away. We will take our business elsewhere, they must be doing pretty well to turn away customers like this. I would suggest going to Foy's in Fairborn or anywhere else besides this place, they obviously don't care about potential customers and apparently don't need to make sales.
