That was my first mistake; I mentioned the word "wedding" and automatically paid the "wedding premium" price...and I know this because the EXACT SAME LINENS were advertised online for about 15% less. I didn't realize this until I already paid for everything, but I kept pushing and pushing for any "promotional discounts" they may have had at the time, and I was able to get 10% off our entire order, and was able to modify our order up until 2 weeks before the wedding. I will say though, I only saw prices differences in the linens, not really any of the décor. We ended up getting table linens, chair sashes, a cupcake stand, crystal trees for décor, and a chocolate fountain, and a few other things from them. The linens and chair sashes were beautiful and matched the reception hall very well, along with all the decorations that we rented. However, I did have a problem with the chocolate fountain, because it quit working half way throughout the cocktail hour, due to lack of chocolate. Funny, because I SPECIFICALLY asked the girl on the phone the amount of fondue chocolate I would need from them for around 200 people for wedding. I feel like this is something the business should know because, well, you know, it's their chocolate fountain! I called Prime Time about this after the fact and was told that there was nothing they could do, so I was incredibly annoyed with their lack of concern and customer service after I just forked out nearly $1,500 to their business. Anyway, getting dinged for paying a premium simply because it was wedding, and lack of accountability for the chocolate fountain doesn't have me too excited about this place. After those two incidents, I'm not sure if I would rent from them again.

I was looking at the shelves and not the arrows taped to the floor. I had my mask on and there was only one other customer in the store. I am so tired of clerks treating me like my business doesn't matter. They were cold, rude and ignored me when I went to the counter to ask a question.
