I took my truck to Campbell River to No1 Autobody and they looked at it that day! Within 20 mins I had a repair appointment, a comparable loaner truck and a restored faith in humanity. No 1 treated me like a person and not a pay check, something lost on that other business. They had my truck fixed and ready to go in less time then they quoted me! Simply amazing! A…read morebird flying into the front of my Lexus dislodged the parking sensor. The repair entailed taking off the front fender (and probably right front quarter panel) in order to assess whether the sensor or its holding clip was damaged. Arriving at Willy's, Patrick (Willy's son) cheerfully introduced himself and the office staff quickly offered me a ride back home. 3 hours after dropping off my car, Irene (Willy's wife) called and advised that the sensor appeared to be undamaged and that they were able to remount the dislodged clip on the inside of the bumper. What Irene then told me was astounding: They didn't want to charge for job and suggested that a box of donuts or some treat for a staff break would be appreciated! I came to Willy's on a recommendation by a trusted mechanic, however, this happy, family-owned business went way beyond my expectations. It's a treat to find such an amazing gem! I'm hoping that I won't need any auto body work soon, but I know who will be my first call if I do!

I specifically asked on chat if that was the correct price of that vehicle and if it contained everything in the vehicle that was in the photos or was it just a way to get customers onto the lot. She asked for my name and email and said she would check with her manager and email me back. Next that evening I get an email from a different salesman saying that vehicle was unfortunately in transit but asked just exactly what I was looking for. When I told him of the vehicle in the ad he said if you want a vehicle with navigation you need to go up to a different model and then asked me to point out in the ad where it showed it had navigation. When I pointed out all the photos then his comeback was that those images are just automatically inserted and then he said it shows SLT on the tailgate and that goes for between $66,000 and $74,000. My point is why post pictures that you know is blatantly committing false advertising. You should be ashamed of yourself as a business. Not a happy consumer.

I took my vehicle to Valley Collision for repairs on September 15th and I was told that the work…read morewould require 3 to 4 days. A section of my insurance coverage included a rental vehicle, which I took possession of on September 15th. On September 26 I phoned Valley Collision to ask when the repairs would be completed and was told Oct 4 or 5. I was finally called on October 10th to tell me that the repairs were complete and I could go and get my vehicle, which I did on October 11th also returning the rental vehicle at that time. A couple of days later I received a call from the car rental company asking for $500 some odd dollars for the extended portion of the rental term which they said was not covered by my insurance. Making a long story short, my insurance covered for only $500 for a rental vehicle in the event of a crash, of which I was unaware (my fault). Neither the Insurance company, Valley Collision , nor the car rental company would offer any recourse for me, and I am stuck with paying an extra $500 with which I was blindsided. Nobody informed me that my rental term was running out. I was given no warnings,but because Valley Collision took 23 days instead of 3 or 4, I am left with a huge rental vehicle bill. I think I just fell through the cracks and nobody will take responsibility for my loss. In future if it happens again, I'll make sure to go to a collision repair facility that offers a free courtesy vehicle!
