I remember in the heyday coming here when it first opened. Parking was plentiful and free. Fast…read moreforward to today and I can see why all the restaurants are crumbling and the Left Bank and the Mediterranean place folded. Parking is not intuitive. I even scanned the code. It was supposed to register my license plate when I drove off. By the way, it's three dollars the first hour and then additional three dollars extra each hour thereafter. Imagine my surprise when I was able to clock out in 40 minutes well under the one hour. I'm almost home and I get a text alert from Metropolis (the parking service) asking if I wanted to extend my parking because it expires soon? Um, no! I immediately paid the $3 and then it was supposed to scan my license plate when I left. Clearly the cameras aren't working! After fumbling around on the app/website, I got nowhere. Had to spend enormous time getting the chat person to respond and finally they were really no help at all. The online customer service rep only proceeded to gaslight me and claim that I never initiatied the parking service, which is 100% false (you can see the text confirmation I received). Eventually, I responded to the text saying I was gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau. That got their attention. Ridiculous never again I'm done with Santana Row. It's truly heartbreaking and sad, between the murders and crime and the parking nightmare I am done. RIP Santana Row.

Free People, Lululemon, Eataly, Lucid, Lady M, lots of different varieties of stores and eateries, restaurants, etc. Easy to spend a few hours here. Selection of stores is good, services are awesome, and value for money was good for the stores you like.

Really great place for families and even dates. After getting lunch at Evergreen Coffee Co, which was super tasty and had a variety of pastries and sandwiches to choose from, we headed over to the Pond area which I absolutely loved. Parking was easy to find on a Monday morning, although I can see it being crowded on weekends because of all the events posted that go on. The walk is really short, but the views, partial shade, and animals that hang around the area make up for it.

Westgate Mall is a bit of a tale of two malls. The outlet stores are the reason I keep coming back…read more-- Nike, Old Navy, Gap, and Nordstrom Rack are all solid, and they're connected to the inside of the mall. There's also a Target and Ross, which are convenient anchors. But beyond that, the inside of the mall is pretty much dead -- lots of empty storefronts and barely anyone walking around. The food court is limited: a boba shop, a burger place, an Indian restaurant, and King Eggroll. The recently opened T&T Supermarket has definitely brought in traffic, but since it's not connected to the inside of the mall, it doesn't help revive the interior. Same goes for the stores on the outskirts of the plaza like Sephora, T-Mobile, and others -- good to have nearby, but they don't feed foot traffic inside. To be fair, the mall itself is in decent shape -- it could use a remodel, but it's clean and maintained. What it really needs is more quality restaurants that connect to the interior to give people a reason to actually walk through. Parking is great and easy, which makes quick outlet runs painless. I'll keep coming for the outlets, but I'd love to see the inside come back to life.

The building was a former Ford auto plant, which gave them plenty of room to work with. The mall opened in 1994. It's primarily an outlet mall, but they have lots of other retailers as well. They have a Dick's Sporting Goods, they have a Home Depot across the parking lot , for clothes, they have Marshalls, Kohl's, Burlington, Old Navy and lots of others. They even have a furniture store They have stores ranging from bargain to luxury . They have restaurants ranging from Dave and Buster's, to Burger King to Popeyes to Jollibee, as well as food and snacks in all different. Nationalities. If you can't find something to eat here, you are not hungry. They have a movie theater with 20 screens, other play places, and . They even have a "cattery.". With roughly 200 stores, if you can't find what you are looking for here, you aren't looking hard enough. Of course, the stores do change from time to time. This is what was there when I was there..... The mall is in a giant circle, so it makes it very hard to get lost. Just keep walking, and you will come back to the door that you came in. The place can get busy, especially during the holidays. I was there on a Sunday, with a lot of people there, but again the size made the crowds much more manageable. I am at Palo Alto today for appointment…read more Took the opportunity to visit the shopping center near by . It has this " Discover our garden walk " poster and many beautiful flowers to explore. I have enclosed the photos of different. They are beautiful and lovely . There are huge parking lots around the shops , free Wi Fi and public restrooms. In the morning it is quiet , many coffee shops and breakfast places are open . The sky is blue and the sun is not too much at 9 am . We got some nice breeze and 65 F outside . It is perfect . Enjoy the garden walk and the plants and landscape are lovely.

An entire year here and I literally see no one buying anything in any of the stores, regardless of the season. It feels very pretentious. Each store, each window has the same exact thing - no color, no life. Each store equally more expensive than the next. I have come to learn that the building owners sought a "vision" and pushed out previous stores here to have what it does now. Each store front pushes mute colors, I walk into a store $600 for the most boring top I have ever seen, and this carries on through each and every store here. Not to mention, a lot of the stores push concerning stereotypes and visions of women's bodies. There's a select few stores I love here, Outerknown (you are awesome) and Aesop, are what keeps me coming back - other than that, it's a sad shopping experience and I actually really enjoy shopping at a lot of malls. They have parking all around the outer area of the mall. We were there on Sunday, having lunch at the Red Robin. After lunch we decided to walk around the mall. It's a nice size mall. They have a Macy's department store, a nice sized Daiso store, a very small Miniso, and many other stores. I expected the mall to be full of people but it was quite the opposite. There was barely anyone there. It's was a hot day outside and most people like to come to the mall and cool off. I think the mall was empty because they did not have the Air Conditioner running at all. It's so hot in there. How do you expect people to come and shop if it's hot inside? It was in the 90's outside and shopping here was just uncomfortable. I wanted to get a cold iced tea from Starbucks. We walk the that counter and they were closed. How disappointing. The only good things we experienced was the Daiso and the Mini Cat Town Ceter. I will probably never come back here again. There are way too many other malls in the South Bay that have excellent cooling systems.
