She basically made her secretary tell us if we are missing any of these items, our children will be unregistered. This all had to be done within only 1 week notice. My son had perfect attendance. We participated in all school activities. Maybe if we had blonde hair and blue eyes, we still would be going Sutherland. What's funny is that we didn't submit any of those forms they were asking. The first day of school, Sutherland calls me ask why my kids didn't show up on their first day of school! Are u kidding me?! They now go to an even better 10/10 ranking school that welcomed my kids with open arms. They have the upmost nicest staff that cares unlike Mrs. Acevedo and her secretary. You reap what you sew. I guess Sutherland misses out on 2 students to their funding. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

As you know, my son successfully attended Foothill Christian Preschool, where his Pre-K teacher formally documented that he was fully prepared for kindergarten. During our recent meeting, however, administration (Joy & Mr. G) indicated that he was not ready due to unspecified developmental concerns, and advised us to seek a public school evaluation. Following their recommendation, we immediately had my son evaluated by a licensed Occupational Therapist. The specialist confirmed that his development is entirely within the normal range for his age, noting that public school intervention would not even be applicable. It is disheartening to experience such a significant disconnect between your preschool's curriculum preparation and your elementary school's admissions standards. Given our family's long-standing support of and relationship with the school, we expected a more collaborative, accurate, and supportive approach. While we have decided to pursue his education in an environment better suited to support him, we sincerely hope FCS reviews its evaluation process to prevent other families from enduring a similar experience

They made my son feel loved and provided him a safe educational space. They made my sons transition into preschool very smooth. Sara worked well with my sons behaviors and helped him regulate his emotions. They went far and beyond to help my son become potty trained. I really like the amount of security at this school. There are multiple gates you must go through to reach the classroom door. Every door is locked for safety. We truly love the staff here. Everyone is so kind. They value their students and families.
