Cute local winery. We stopped by on our way through the area. We made a reservation ahead of time just as a precaution. During covid the winery is doing a lot to keep everyone safe. There are sand sanitizer stations at the front door for everyone to use upon entering. There is indoor reduced capacity and bar stools are spaced out. No outdoor seating when we were there. The indoor space isn't too big but the tasing shouldn't take anyone very long. Definitely good to call ahead for a reservation in case it's busy. Everyone must wear a mask until they are seated and the staff wears them as well. There are plexiglass shields at the bar as well. There were a lot of wine options to choose from. I am not usually a huge NY state wine fan but I found a few that I liked and even found some to take home. There are enough options that there is something for everyone. There are 2 tasting options for $3 and $5 which include some generous samples and a snack to cover the current food requirement. The $5 option includes a glass to take home. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend coming. Good wines, and beautiful grounds.

Last week, on a beautiful sunny day in September, we decided to visit the Willow Creek Winery and now looking forward to returning soon. It was a perfect day to sit outside and enjoy it all! Food was great, loved looking out onto the vineyards while sipping on a glass of wine, or two. I just have to mention, Dylon! It was really a pleasure having him as our server! He had lots of knowledge and guided us into trying particular wines, which were a hit, all while being very personable and so good at his job! Loved the winery and again, thanks Dylon, hope to see you when we return!

Mmmmm Chautauqua chocolate. My dinner party went through 6 bottles of this stuff !

Lovely private scenic place. Very friendly staff and great wines. They are very reasonably priced. I bought a crate for a dinner party. Everyone LOVED it. My favorites are their sweets! Red ramba and pink catawba are soooo good! I'd love to come back in the fall when the leaves are changing and the country air is crisp.

I've been here for a few years in the 90's for there fall festivals i don't know why it took me so long to come back! Had 3 bands playing Saturday we saw the end of the 1st and the second one very good band Black Widow! Had many venders from spices, cookies and cupcakes, candles they were great me and my daughter got some candles and melts from them was called Morning Wood! ,clothes and jewelry, I got a crystal from one vender my daughter got a Buffalo Bill's floor mat for her father for Christmas she also had very pretty coasters we both got one ! Handmade blankets, wooden cutting boards. They had a wine slushy truck and a whole area for wine slushy and beer there too . And can't forget the cannabis spot with edibles. They have a gazebo area that had tables for eating or drinking saw many tables that had bottles of wine they were enjoying outside! They had chiavettas chicken dinners with 2 sides for 17 dollars my daughter got a great looking cheeseburger and got a bud light for 6 dollars. After that we made our way to taste some wine we tried the Edelweiss white sweet grape tastey wine so my daughter bought a bottle for home and also she had 2 glasses of this warm wine called Mereo it was amulled wine with clove, cinnamon and lemon flavors she had something like it before so had to get a bottle of that to go also. The wine area was a little crazy but came back before we left to purchase the 2 bottles when it died down. Over all it was a great afternoon great food, wine ,music, booths brought home some great stuff! I won't wait another 30 years for this great September Festival Thank You Merrit Winery

They have a nice variety of wine, something for every palette as well as a light kitchen menu. The service here so far has been superb. Every staff member I've met has been friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. To top it off they have some really cool and unique events. Including on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5-7 they offer an aperitivo. Grab a bar seat and $20 gets you a glass of wine and a pre-selected menu of light bites. It was the perfect girls night and was more food than anyone expected. It was a fun surprise to see what kept coming out of the kitchen. Super fun, different and every bite was fresh and delicious! Looking forward to coming back again soon.

As I don't consume cheese, the wine connoisseur took it upon himself to find an appropriate non-dairy match for me, and did a phenomenal job with it. From the grilled portabella mushroom caponata with a Canadian Pinot Noir, to the sweet maple syrup drizzled figs with a little lemon with a local blackberry wine, or the channa masala to compliment the sweet Californian Riesling, every bite and sip was a harmonious marriage. ‍‍ The service was phenomenal and that alone makes visiting this winery worth it, a long with the educational value offered. The staff is very knowledgeable on different wines and also has that skill of disseminating the information effectively to better educate its customers. Even though we have visited a few wineries and vineyards in the US and abroad, I would take this one to be in my top 3 experiences. The tasting room is also clean and well set up. I would highly recommend visiting Ten Thousand Vines if you are from the area or visiting to try some of the phenomenal wines from WNY.
