I'd recommend avoiding this place if you value your clothes and sincere customer service without excuses.

One of the machines ate my coins which was annoying, but that is not the main issue. So I went to the counter to ask for help. The main issue is that the older woman at the counter was flat-out RUDE, downright nasty attitude, demeanor, and character. Instead of helping, she gave me attitude, scolded me like a child, and acted like I was an inconvenience. That's your JOB to assist customers, not humiliate them. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager was actually helpful and resolved the issue. She explained the machines only take either coins or card (not both) and refunded me as a one-time courtesy. So clearly the situation could be fixed. Bottom line: that woman should NOT be working in customer service. Her nasty attitude ruined my entire experience. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve your money. ¡¡¡VAYAN A CUALQUIER OTRO LADO!!!
