The fifth pair I was not sure they could be fixed and I went ahead and paid in advance and I'm not even sure what the prices were but it seemed reasonable. When I went to pick them the shoes looked exactly like they did when I dropped him off. So because of the language barrier and a general sense of their righteousness versus the customer being right prevented me from getting my money back or satisfaction.
