I had two requests for them - to fix the zipper on a leather backpack and to restore an old Coach tote of my grandma's. She used it for 50 years and it is a great quality but was looking a little worse for the wear. They were very upfront about what they could and could not fix which is always appreciated. Some of the scratches and cuts were too deep for a repair. I've attached before and after pictures - I am so impressed with the shine now! The zipper was fixed well too but I had figured that one wouldn't be as challenging. Will definitely go back with more projects for them!
