Every step--from the initial quote to the final walkthrough--was handled with professionalism and care. Communication with the Project Manager, Juan, was excellent. I felt completely comfortable asking questions throughout the process, and his responses were always clear and timely. It was also a huge relief to have someone coordinating all the scheduling and project details on my behalf. And then... the work itself. WOW. I selected the materials and finishes, but their craftsmanship is what truly brought everything to life. They renovated my entire floor, and there isn't a single detail I would change--every aspect exceeded my expectations. I genuinely cannot recommend A Modern Touch Construction enough. The entire experience was a 10/10, and I will absolutely be returning to them for any future projects!

Everyone is so amazed when they step in our front door- they stop in their tracks not knowing what to compliment first. When problems arose (as they always seem to during a major remodel), Kintys crew was quick to mitigate and provide options for solutions. We appreciated the attention to detail and the professionalism of all the workers. Nate, our foreman, was extremely skilled and always kept the house clean and organized from start to finish. They added a vaulted wood ceiling, a new fireplace, pantry, dining room, walk-in closet, custom cabinets and completely remodeled the kitchen with custom cabinets, custom made vent hood and the largest granite island I've ever seen! We couldn't be happier! Kinty employs his own construction team, including plumbers and electricians, so you don't have a lot of subcontractors that you don't know and don't have to wait for. I only give them 5 stars because 10 isn't allowed!

I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication, expectation for me to eat costs after agreeing to an increase in price twice (I didn't argue.), this is negatively impacting my income, and I still have no roof installed. I signed a contract for a roof replacement on 3/25. Since then there have been two additional cost increases to the contract due to missing materials, and incorrect measurement of the size of the roof. Multiple specific requests to be notified of when the install date is have gone unanswered. I work from home and will be unable to schedule clients for that date, so need to know in advance. I have been incredibly clear that this is important and I need a specific date. Yesterday I was informed the roof above the front door could not be installed because of the condition under the metal roof. This may void my homeowners insurance for future claims on that section of the roof and is not at all what was agreed on in the contract. They offered to repair the metal roof flashing, and leave the hail damaged metal. Additionally I was told that I would not be receiving a refund on the materials for this portion of the project because the company has had to "eat costs" on my project. Still don't have confirmation on an install date other than "Maybe Monday or Tuesday."
