I spoke to Wade ,who I'm assuming is the owner, and he let me drive up there and get my computer checked and his analysis of what was going on FOR FREE. I'm not saying this will happen every time with every customer but the customer service was outstanding. Now, I have a new (to me) used car with major issues going on and I can't even get them to get me in to look at it. I took it weeks ago and they just told me, rudely, that they were booked out for 2-3 weeks and that they couldn't even look at it until then. Then the guy told me that diagnostics were $120 per hour in a very condescending tone like he assumed I couldn't afford it. (Mind you, they didn't charge anything to diagnose the AC problem last time.) In any case, I agreed that that was all fine and they said they'd call me. Here we are, a month later, and nobody ever called me. If they're too busy and too rude to help a return customer who already spent $1,300+ with them, how do you think they'll treat a brand new customer? Avoid this place at all costs!
