I would never, under any circumstances, do business with Rikman Services for Professional Services…read more After providing adequate installation of a Generac Generator, the owner convinced me to take his special financing deal which he said was interest free. It turns out Rikman is selling a scam package along with Generac and Synchrony Bank where they do this bait and switch. They do tricks with payment timings (so you never see a true balance before it is time to make the next payment,) and fine print, and instead of providing interest free payments, they flip a switch. We found out today Rikman together with Generac and Synchrony Bank have collectively charged us more than twice the installation cost, even though we actually had the cash to pay for it in full at the time. The owner pushed us in this direction. They are all nothing short of con men and scam artists. Happy to show you my bills and the initial purchase.

I have experience with water wells, owning four wells for over 50 years. AAA Water Well is the only…read morewell company I trust and use. They are head and shoulders above anyone else I've used in the past. A professional engineer recommend them to me about 20 years ago, and I have had nothing but very positive experiences with them. From installing new wells, to repairs, to follow up warranty work, I can find no fault. Not their fault, but I had a major water tank fail do to a manufacture defect about a year after install, and they came out happily and replaced it for free, including labor. They say what they say they are going to do, and their price is alway very fair. They are very experienced, and workmanship is superior. It is hard today to find anyone that takes pride in their work, puts ethics at the top of their list, and really cares about doing the right thing for their customers. I could not be happier with this rare find of a quality company. The technician Zach mostly services my wells, but all the staff has been superb. David Flory

He stated they could repair today and would send a technician. Technician called and I repeated what I had told Barry. He stated it was probably a bad pump. Technician arrived in a mini van ,checked system and said I really can't tell you anything more than you told me but I think it is a bad pump. Then he stated they didn't have any pumps today. I stated why did they show up if they couldn't repair pump. Technician spoke with Barry and said they would try and find a pump or borrow one from a competitor but nothing was for sure. At this point I received a call from Hildebrandt's Well Service who stated they could be there in an hour and repair even if it was a bad pump. I told technician I had to have fixed today and was using another company. He spoke with Barry again and stated he would have to bill $145.00 for coming out. As I payed him, he apologized several times for having to bill me when in reality they did nothing. I explained I was not angry with him and when things didn't go as they should , that was what YELP was for. Barry took this call knowing they could not repair and in my opinion was just trying to generate income from a service call.

We hired rustic river services on on 03/31 to fix our fridge.. we paid him $65 for the diagnosis…read morewhich he said our fan was broken. He came by and said before he couldnt truly diagnose it until we needed to unplug our fridge for at least 24 hours to make sure the fan was frozen.. We did exactly what he said , we had the fan unfrozen and he came out a week later (at no charge) and said the fan was not working. He then diagnosed the fridge with bad fan and states the fan would be $187.42 with $100 labor fee (which we paid)...i was totally fine paying it. He then ordered the part and came back and installed it at which it still didn't work.. we reached out to him again and stated that it still wasn't working and he said it's probably the temp sensor (which he stated he would replaced at no charge bc it went included in original dx). He said he used his tools and it was cooling perfectly (he was only in the house for 10 min so he couldn't even tell if my fridge had even cooled down, he also did something to the sensors where my fridge said it was 31 degrees) I knew when he left he was full of shit, my fridge spoiled milk so fast and he said when he left It was cooling. Once again I gave him the benefit of the doubt and gave it an entire 24 hrs I texted him after that and said "my fridge still isn't cooling what can we do about a refund" He has yet to reply, thank god for my bank who is disputing it as we have all the proof Dont use rustic river services
