I'm pretty sure that "doctor's oath" was written with people like him in mind and I highly recommend anyone with any medical issues to go see him. He isn't a regular sell-out just there to prescribe the latest drug that the biggest drug company pays doctors to do. I really hope some new, up-and-coming doctors have the opportunity to learn from him. He is exactly what people need when they are visiting a health CARE professional.

I've been a patient at Gracepointe for years, and unfortunately my recent experience has been…read moreextremely disappointing. I rely on prescription-strength allergy medication (Zyrtec D) because over-the-counter options do not work for me. The week of Thanksgiving, I realized I was running low, so I called the office and spoke with Christopher, who said he would speak with Brenda--the provider I normally see--and that she would call me back. I never received a call. The following Monday, I called again and was told there was suddenly a letter in my file discontinuing my medication because I've been on it for five years. This was news to me. On 12/3/25, I spoke with the office manager, who said she would look into the situation with both Rob and Brenda and call me back. Once again, no one followed up. The staff at this facility knows I get seriously sick from allergies, yet no one seems concerned or willing to communicate. After this experience, I cannot recommend Gracepointe to anyone. Their lack of follow-through and disregard for patient needs is unacceptable.
