Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving needs.

After only 15 minutes I was given a price of $250 for a door bracket and $300 to have it put it on, no Thanks! Either way, I'm only out $30? No way. I was never returned the retainer. There's no way they're all legit... especially now that I've seen these ones that line up with my experience. I guess they haven't paid off robots to post on Yelp yet. I could NOT have had a worse experience with them. They took my money, did the bare minimum, claimed they did work that I did myself the second I mentioned wanting to leave. They removed my access to the pages and pages worth of discovery responses and documents that I did. The one actual meeting I had with them I had to ask if the paralegal had even gone over my case before we met and if she knew the answers for anything I needed to go over. I would ask a question and she would literally read out loud what the discovery question was, but not explain anything about it. The only time he was willing to speak with me was during the 30 minute consult, which he cut short to ten minutes, saying I had a good case. Regardless of my requests to speak with him instead of his assistant, he was MIA. They'll make you feel like a criminal, take your money, and be the least empathetic people I've ever talked to. Crazy way to treat someone paying you upwards of $18k. Stay away from him and especially his assistant Tammy.

It felt like it was binding. I called Jeff's Backyard to ask if there is something that I can do to adjust or fix it. The person who answered said he was the owner and that he doesn't sell the BGE any longer and knows nothing about them. He said I would have to call the Manufacturer. I was sold this BGE by them and for them to just direct me to BGE is very disappointing. I paid them the $2500 and is very disappointing this is all they could tell me. Then this person I spoke with said he is a new owner of two years and there is nothing he would do to help. He was very short and abrupt with me from the moment he answered the call. Please think twice before buying from this place. You would think that he would like to keep me as a customer and help in any way, but nothing. Poor Customer service. This experience was very disappointing.

Maybe it's because we are not from around here, but we have always had our tanks weighed and paid for what they put in. Maybe that's just how it's done here? I wouldn't call it cheap or excessive. It cost us $27 to fill a 30 gallon tank.
