Additionally, I wanted to also look into getting a better whisk, but I think I will make the wood what I have. And I knew I was gonna need a digital scale to help me through my sourdough journey now that I was gifted two sourdough starters--one from Italy and one from France (one of my clients was very giving & thoughtful). The price is range from $40-$85., whoa! Amazon has them for about $30. I will have to think about this.. Met Gonzo, yes, that's how he spelled it, a delightful & enlightened staff member who was very helpful with recommending which would be best. We could've had a whole conversation for a half a day! LoL. In the end, I decided to think about it before purchasing one (turns out later, best decision I made all day) My glass measuring cup is in storage & I find it cumbersome so I bought a lighter version (2 cup). Happy with my purchase. Hubby bought his item separately & let me roam the aisles. Highly recommend this store. Gonzo was instrumental in making me feel welcomed & appreciated to be shopping here, hence the 5 star. As I mentioned many times in the past, I greatly value customer service. I regularly buy La Chapalita tortillas from your location at 1265 N Kraemer Blvd, Anaheim. I'm reaching out because over the past 4 weeks, I've noticed a consistent decline in the quality of these tortillas. They are coming out hard and stiff, not soft and flexible like they used to be. When heated, they no longer have the same texture, which directly affects the quality of the tacos we serve to our customers. I've continued buying from your store hoping the issue would improve, but unfortunately, it has remained the same. But, a real complaint is I had $150+ credit. But, they cannot find it. I will bring the receipt to show them. Three hour shot for there mistake. Do not take credit her. Use it asap. I tried to use it at their sister company but they said credit is non transferable. My suggestion is shop there but their office systems are terrible, so be careful. I will give them four stars because their office cannot be trusted. But, the store service is always great, selection is great, prices are good. Yes, I will continue to shop there. Just be more careful.

She left to go attend another thing in the middle of scanning my return items, and then complained-asked why I'm returning something I didn't even open. I am not required to tell the employee my reason for return as long as it still has the tag in unused, original condition, which is what I did. I was being EXTRA NICE and told her reason for my returns, but hey you know what? Next time, I'm not answering her when she clearly ignored and up and left me in the middle of ME talking. I was left feeling so embarrassed and enraged. Like how dare she do that to a customer?! I even tried to make small conversation because her vibe was so hostile and micro aggressive, but nope, cold as ice. She super guilt tripped me on purpose and was extremely unfriendly and rude. Does not like to engage in any conversation except to guilt trip me AND to complain about my returns. And then it got WORSE. I also had purchases to make after my return, and she literally parked me and tended to another customer who wasn't even in line and just CUT. This employee didn't even apologize or ask if it's okay if she tends to TWO other things while "helping" me. She should not have done that. I love this location for the items but I almost don't want to go back because of her. I think this location would benefit from training employees properly on how to treat customers at least neutrally if not well. At least this specific employee has no basics or even bare minimum quality for customer service. I came back and it was my turn, and I almost wanted to tell the customer behind me to go ahead because I did NOT want to interact with this specific employee. This is a paragon of how an employee should NEVER make a customer feel. Anxious, and dreading for the unfriendly, rude interaction, knowing that I'm being overtly disrespected. Just horrible! I bought so much from here at a really great price, but I'm just going to go back to return everything that still has the tag and is unused. Going to buy from another vendor or retailer even if it's more expensive. I just moved recently and have been replacing A LOT of my belongings that has any BAD ENERGY attached on them from my past 6 years of the most difficult times in my life, and my new belongings' energy I bought from here are already ruined because of her. It's my priority now to have belongings with new good energy. Just going to have Amazon ship everything to me because shopping IN PERSON experience was terrible because of this even though this is what HomeGoods push for. I'm a big Amazon Prime customer or any other retailer who provides online shopping and delivery, and I tried in person shopping for the first time in a long time, but it's already a no-go. Going back to good old Amazon because I don't have to interact with any employee who is rude and disrespects me.
