Ray has a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond to ensure every little detail is done right. He followed up to ensure we were happy with everything they did and made it clear to give him a call if anything else needs addressed. Chris did a great job informing me of everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Unprofessional sales guy, Jack Livingston, put a sign in my yard promoting the business to my…read moreneighbors without even talking to anyone in our house. We have never contacted this company and just moved here. I was home and saw him on my Ring camera putting the sign in the yard, make no attempt to knock or ring the bell and left a business card on an Amazon package. My car is in the driveway but he made no attempt at contacting me and instead was lazy and took it upon himself to put a sign for the company in my front yard. None of the other neighbors have this. Another sales guy also came a few days ago and knocked on the door but we were not home. When he didn't reach us, he put flyers in the mailbox, which is illegal. Rude, lazy and unprofessional sales staff.

I have always found Bob and his entire staff to be very friendly and helpful. I have had them deliver material when I wasn't home, to the back of my property (4+acres) where I marked where I wanted it with a sign. I always prefer to do business with local owners rather than the big box stores, and I recommend giving Mr. Yard a try.
