Another salesperson eventually asked if we needed something and we explained that we were in the market for two cars. He sat us down and we discussed the prices we were looking to pay for the ones on the lot. Of course we planned to negotiate. The response was that we would never get those cars for close to that price and he got up and left without another word. I thought he'd come back after talking to someone else, but nope... just left us sitting there. Because of stock we had to split the purchase between two other dealers that day. Ironically we got upgraded versions at almost the same price we originally had in mind. Went back recently to see if things on the sales side have changed. Didn't seem to so decided to post the review. The main reason for 3 stars, and not less, is the service. We have yet to be disappointed.

Williams auto group in Sayre PA worked on my Toyota Sienna Van in May 2024 for AC not blowing cold…read moreair , didn't blow cold from new always warm ,took it too Williams Toyota May 2024 with 8000 miles they worked on it said was fixed van had around 8000 miles on it ,after the following winter it blew warm again van now had 14000 miles June 2025 ,I asked the service advisor if this repair would still be under warranty cause if not I was going to take back to selling dealer, she indicated it would be covered ,after having the van for four hours they told me they could not find a leak but they refilled it with Freon ,charged me 350 dollars ,for a non repair ,AC quit a week later selling dealer took it to Toyota dealer in Allentown PA they fixed it with two new orings ,Toyota corporate brand does absolutely nothing they sell you a vehicle with defective AC tell you tough ,their dealership in Sayre PA does a non repair and they just want your money all greedy dont count on corporate Toyota to go to bat for you because after the sale you are on your own buy a Honda instead

Was assured by salesman "Zach" it would be inspected, etc. The usual pressure, like someone's waiting for it if you don't buy, in the lobby as we speak. Then dear old Zach tries to get me to buy an extended warranty. Found out his recommended extended warranty company is rated one of the worst in the industry. Praise God I went w/ Endurance extended warranty compay. Within weeks of driving the Fusion off the lot, my niece believed there were major transmission issues, amongst other things. like brakes. In-house service assured she was wrong. Advance a few more months, new engine needed. A NEW ENGINE! Zach says, oh well, once you drive it off the lot.... Yes, loyalty to the community faded quickly after I paid in cash. My niece was w/o a car for months!! I had to pay for a rental until the ENGINE could be replaced. Thank God for Endurance Extended Warranty who could not have been more helpful. I'm out thousands upon THOUSANDS of dollars. Better Business Bureau complaint pending.

it all started with the car i wanted that was advertised was not on the lot…read more then manager doing the high pressure sales pitch for extended warranty. told them what bank i wanted to use. got ready to sign and they had loan through bank in roc -must be getting a kick back from them. let it slide then refinanced to the bank i wanted my trade in only had 49000 miles on it needed muffler repair book value about $3000 only offered $100 gas tank wouldn't open-fixed my self car was from fla still think it was hurricane flood car should of walked on this deal left there feeling like i got royally screwed then a year later i went to get it inspected 1.the tires had special lug nuts -no special tool was found in car 2.wouldnt pass inspection window tint too dark 3.2- dry rot tires-$800.00 this car passed inspected a year earlier only drove it 2000 miles WTF reached out to dealership with my concerns .was told my e-mail would be sent to management-No reply what so ever dead silence still feeling like i got taken bought a number of cars over the years here....NEVER AGAIN

The Employees are always friendly and very professional from the time I step into the Service Dept to the time I leave. The waiting rooms are very comfortable, so I really don't mind hanging out for an hour. I received several texts while waiting, first explaining the updating of the progress of my service. The next text was the recommendations resulting from the inspection. Along with a video of the entire inspection process - Yes, the filters were very dirty and needed replacement. More importantly, while checking the tread depth, the technician found a very large nail embedded in the tire. Because this was an added expense, I had to authorize the repair. WOW, this is great customer service!!!! I watched the entire inspection in my very comfortable chair - very impressed -I never really knew all that was checked out. Thank you, Williams Auto, you know how to please your customer!

Furthermore, when I pointed out that the official Honda website listed a lower price for the service, she refused to honor it, dismissing the price gap as 'only a couple of dollars.' It wasn't about the amount, but the principle of honesty and helping the customer save. I didn't feel valued as a client here.

We felt valued, though due to a bit of a delay on handling our insurance, he did get visibly frustrated....though I'm pretty sure it wasn't at us. We did not need to work with any financing, so I can't offer an opinion of how that part would have gone. The reason for the 3 rating (Travis brought it up to a 3 from likely a 1 or less) was due to our overall Simmons Rockwell experience. We started at Simmons Rockwell Subaru, and the manager there was on top of us before we even got out of the car. Far too aggressive, and just way too much energy. He handed us over to Stephan, who, while friendly, made us feel unimportant and he was not very helpful. We wanted to see 2 specific cars we had seen online, and after he had us walk the Subaru lot saying "they might be here" with no luck, he let us know he did not know which dealership they were at. He told us cars move around dealers as to keep customers satisfied, but then made no effort to satisfy us by helping us locate them. So we went from Subaru across the street to Simmons Rockwell Hyundai, where again we were immediately swarmed by a sales guy who all but chased us across the parking lot. We did not feel we could just walk around unimpeded, so we left there before even having seen all the cars on the lot as it just felt really uncomfortable. There were 2-3 other sales people lingering out there visibly waiting to pounce, and for most of us consumers, that's very off-putting. After that, we went to Nissan, and Travis came out after 3-5 minutes (that felt much more reasonable) and the experience started getting better from there. He had a casual vibe to him, and was very friendly. Much better! Because of the Subaru and Hyundai experiences, S-R is overall at 3 stars due to being associated with them. Guilty by association. But, if you are going to go to Simmons Rockwell, go to Nissan and find Travis!

I learned that GWC will only give refunds in NY if the car was car is totaled! I think Its part 12 or 13 on the contract. I was taken for about $1k by GWC. I have had other GWC warrantees in the past and assumed it was the same as it always was, so I didn't read the contract. The owner claimed that he didn't know about the change in GWC policy and showed no interest in helping. I would have NEVER purchased the contract if I would have known this. I now know that GWC changed ownership over the past few year,s so don't be like me and assume the GWC is the same anymore! In short, NO MATTER WHERE YOU BUY GWC READ THE CONTRACT VERY CLOSELY! YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL IT. As for the dealership, they are the same as most other small dealerships. If you ask me, " would you ever buy a car from them again?" I would say No.

Took my wife's car in, and had to wait nearly 15 minutes for anyone to respond to the desk. Plenty of workers around, but no one paying attention to the front desk. Called a few weeks later to get an inspection and brake repair appointment, and got one for the following day. Took the car in, but never got as much as a courtesy call alerting me to the fact that they couldn't get to the car. Finally went back after 8+ hours, and got an excuse why the car wasn't done when it was supposed to have been done. After two days, still no contact, so went and retrieved the car. Disappointed.
