BEWARE - Ross Auto Sales LLC…read more I will be taking this matter to court. I brought my vehicle to Ross Auto Sales LLC on September 10, 2025. My car remained at this shop for over two months. During that time, I spoke directly with a mechanic who told me they were looking for a part to get the process started. Despite that, months passed with no follow-up or progress. I reached out several times for updates, and it wasn't until late November/early December that the advisor finally informed me of issues with my vehicle--after it had already been sitting on their lot for months. Because of the lack of communication and follow-up, my car remained on their property. Despite this, I was later told about possible storage fees, even though the delays were due to unanswered calls and messages on their end while I was actively trying to move the process forward. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed scratches and an indentation on the passenger side that were not present when I dropped it off. When I asked to see footage to understand what may have happened, Kyle immediately became defensive instead of attempting to resolve the issue. He raised his voice and stated that my vehicle was "not his responsibility," despite it being on his lot and under his care. Kyle stated there was "nothing written" saying vehicles are their responsibility while on his property, yet in the same conversation said he "wasn't the one who looked at the car" and shifted blame to a mechanic. At the same time, he blamed others in his shop for information I had previously been given. The constant deflection and lack of accountability was extremely unprofessional. This situation escalated over $120 for a diagnostic fee, which I had in my hand and was fully prepared to pay. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Kyle continued to raise his voice and speak to me disrespectfully. The way he spoke to me as a woman was unacceptable and not how a business owner should conduct himself. What made this worse is that instead of attempting to resolve the issue privately or professionally, Kyle took to social media and made posts about the situation. Since then, multiple people have reached out to me sharing similar experiences with this shop, including poor communication, long delays, and unresolved issues with their vehicles. I understand that auto repairs can be complex. However, professionalism, accountability, and communication are non-negotiable--especially when a customer's vehicle sits in your care for months. Damage to a customer's car, aggressive behavior, and blaming employees or customers instead of taking responsibility is not acceptable. I genuinely try to support Black-owned and local businesses, but support should never require tolerating disrespect, poor communication, unprofessional conduct, or damage to personal property without accountability. Because of this experience, I removed my vehicle and had it sent to another shop. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions.

In my opinion, they're at least as bad as any used car salesman around rural NY. Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion for my niece w/ 136k on it. Was assured by salesman "Zach" it would be inspected, etc. The usual pressure, like someone's waiting for it if you don't buy, in the lobby as we speak. Then dear old Zach tries to get me to buy an extended warranty. Found out his recommended extended warranty company is rated one of the worst in the industry. Praise God I went w/ Endurance extended warranty compay. Within weeks of driving the Fusion off the lot, my niece believed there were major transmission issues, amongst other things. like brakes. In-house service assured she was wrong. Advance a few more months, new engine needed. A NEW ENGINE! Zach says, oh well, once you drive it off the lot.... Yes, loyalty to the community faded quickly after I paid in cash. My niece was w/o a car for months!! I had to pay for a rental until the ENGINE could be replaced. Thank God for Endurance Extended Warranty who could not have been more helpful. I'm out thousands upon THOUSANDS of dollars. Better Business Bureau complaint pending.

The Employees are always friendly and very professional from the time I step into the Service Dept to the time I leave. The waiting rooms are very comfortable, so I really don't mind hanging out for an hour. I received several texts while waiting, first explaining the updating of the progress of my service. The next text was the recommendations resulting from the inspection. Along with a video of the entire inspection process - Yes, the filters were very dirty and needed replacement. More importantly, while checking the tread depth, the technician found a very large nail embedded in the tire. Because this was an added expense, I had to authorize the repair. WOW, this is great customer service!!!! I watched the entire inspection in my very comfortable chair - very impressed -I never really knew all that was checked out. Thank you, Williams Auto, you know how to please your customer!

When I asked about available coupons, I was told there weren't any; however, I found one on their own website within seconds. Furthermore, when I pointed out that the official Honda website listed a lower price for the service, she refused to honor it, dismissing the price gap as 'only a couple of dollars.' It wasn't about the amount, but the principle of honesty and helping the customer save. I didn't feel valued as a client here.
