I have been calling for 2 weeks to have my policy reactivated as they were never approved to cancel it. They have zero sense of urgency and give me attitude every time I call. When I ask for escalation, I get zero follow up calls. The hoops I am having to jump through to fix their mistake is ridiculous. Calling the main customer service and escalation line does nothing and they keep trying to route me back to the branch. Unacceptable.

My wife at the time was absent minded, forgetful, ADD, Bi-Polar, maybe all the above. She could not remember to fill her tank with gas and was letting the tank run dry two to three times a month. When the tank wasn't running dry, she was locking her keys in the car, maybe a couple of times a month. AAA was always there for us. I had a recent situation which required vehicle lock out and battery recharge. I called at 7am on a Tuesday morning and the guy, TP was there at 930a. He took care of everything and was done by 1030a and did a great job. It's well worth the monthly subscription.
