I asked if that is even legal. Made no sense since prior increases much smaller. Cindy laughed at me literally at whatever I had said and I asked again and she refused to speak- I asked her and she said she already answered and didn't want to upset me anymore and told me you are so upset. When I ask for escalation, I get zero follow up calls. The hoops I am having to jump through to fix their mistake is ridiculous. My wife at the time was absent minded, forgetful, ADD, Bi-Polar, maybe all the above. She could not remember to fill her tank with gas and was letting the tank run dry two to three times a month. When the tank wasn't running dry, she was locking her keys in the car, maybe a couple of times a month. AAA was always there for us. I had a recent situation which required vehicle lock out and battery recharge. I called at 7am on a Tuesday morning and the guy, TP was there at 930a. He took care of everything and was done by 1030a and did a great job. It's well worth the monthly subscription.
