I often get clothes back just as dirty as I brought them in - even when I point out stains. I once had alterations done and they did a good job very quick. It was a last minute rush request and the woman was so nice to work with me and made sure I had my dress back in time for a formal event out of time. It was a two day turn around and I truly appreciate that. But I am often underwhelmed and disappointed with the appearance of my drycleaning when I get my clothes back. I try to stick to only bringing in those items with no stains but that defeats the purpose

They are not cheap, but I think they did a great job on the three pieces of clothing I dropped off. I had a dress ($11.95), a sweater ($5.95), and some pants ($5.95). I thought the price for the dress was a tad expensive, but maybe I'm just out of touch with what the market rate is these days. Again, I haven't had to go to a dry cleaner since March 2020. Either way, my clothes look great and smell fresh. I'll be returning soon and look forward to checking out their alteration services as well!

I've never been to Swiss Cleaners before but I worked in the service industry for years so I always enter a business with a smile and cheery tone. I did my best to overlook her attitude(it was 8am, I completely get not being a morning person). The next day I returned to drop off more clothes and she was still absolutely awful. I tried coming later in the day to pick up my first order and cancel my last order and the blonde lady was just as off putting. We discussed what we needed and were…read moreassured that it could be done the same day. 3 and a half hours after they scheduled a pick up with us they finally arrived and we gave them extra money because we had 3 extra bags of clothes to be washed. Mind you, during our initial conversation, we discussed prices and services and the amount of clothes to be washed. Once they picked up our clothes the drop off time changed to the next day, which wasn't a problem because of the size of our order. Our scheduled drop off time was 4pm, which came and went. At 6pm we called to check the status of our clothes and were told that they were almost done and our last load had just gone into the dryer. At 8pm we reached out again to see what was the holdup and were told that they were in traffic. Finally, at 10:25pm our clothes arrived and were less than satisfactory. Not to mention, they charged us an extra $125 for our clothes which totaled out to a whopping $300!!! For $300 you would think that our clothes would have been done exceptionally well! Well it wasn't. Our clothes still smell sour, some of them had color damage, and there was even rust on brand new under garments. I'm very dissatisfied with this service and very sad that it turned out this way. Please do better. Then you respond with lies....
