This past Friday, my sister, mother and I said goodbye to our father, a lifelong resident of Georgia. As luck would have it, the septic system in his property failed late last night (Monday) leaving my sister and mother there alone to manage this strange and overwhelming system. Being from California neither of us know much about such things. Mark Robinson came out early Tuesday morning ready and prepared for just about anything. In a short time, he identified the problem and solved it as well as explained it along the way! He was compassionate, understanding and professional at a time when (especially in California) others would take advantage. My sister and I are very thankful to him and his crew and can't say enough about recommending him highly! Thank you!

She said it was too wet to check to see if the lines were working properly but i have to pay her to come back out to see not even two weeks later to see it they are working properly and the tank has backed up again. That tells me it is all about money and not about your customer. It is only 4 people in the house. The septic tank has to have an issue and she should have found that issue 11 months ago when she first cleaned it out as she said you could tell it had not been cleaned in many years. thanks for me having to hire someone to come out and check my tank again DANA very upset
