First, when I called them, the Lady that answered the phone was very knowledgeable. She was well spoken & sounded like she was glad I called instead of the mellow toned, don't give a crap attitude that most companies have. Alright, down to the Service: I couldn't have asked for anything BETTER than the Service Man that came out, and of course I found something else we needed done. He didn't seem to be rushed and agitated, took care of all our request. Only Call Company

I just wanted to quickly acknowledge and thank Robinson Septic and Sewage for their quick and…read moreprofessional service, and mostly for their kindness and compassion. This past Friday, my sister, mother and I said goodbye to our father, a lifelong resident of Georgia. As luck would have it, the septic system in his property failed late last night (Monday) leaving my sister and mother there alone to manage this strange and overwhelming system. Being from California neither of us know much about such things. Mark Robinson came out early Tuesday morning ready and prepared for just about anything. In a short time, he identified the problem and solved it as well as explained it along the way! He was compassionate, understanding and professional at a time when (especially in California) others would take advantage. My sister and I are very thankful to him and his crew and can't say enough about recommending him highly! Thank you!

Most Impressive! I…read moredon't write reviews often, but my experience with AAA Appliance was amazing. Not only were they here on time as promised, but once it was found (within 10 mins) that the issue with my ice maker not working was a frozen piece of ice lodged in the wrong area of the ice maker, they did not even charge me for a service call. Amazing! .... Even I would have charged at least a nominal fee. They told me that if we continued to have a problem with the ice maker, call them back and they will address it. Then, the icing on the cake was that they called the next day to ask if we were still having any problems. Wow! ..... These folks will get my call the next time I have need for any appliance repair. Additionally, I will let everyone know about my experience with this company.
