I planned on cancelling service because we'd dealt with the faulty box and wifi issue for about 5 months. Mediacom replaced the faulty box, same type but used previously. Mediacom also replaced wifi receptors at the poles. To keep my business, they credited and took off 2 months of service on my bill because it was an issue, my paying for services not available before the replacements. Now we are enjoying our EXTREME subscription. Thank you Mediacom for going out of your way to keep our business. We will always subscribe to Mediacom!! They are the best!!

We waited roughly 15 to 20 min before he was called back. Dr. Chew was very nice, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my father's concerns. He was diagnosed with cataracts a couple of years ago so this is a follow up visit on the next step. The sitting area is clean and spacious. Considering Covid is still strong in the country , signs are posted to wear a mask and you can only be accompanied by 1 relative. The seating arrangements are spaced between each chair. There were 10 patients sitting on our arrival. From what I observed they move pretty quickly on getting you registered and seen by the doctor. The location is easy to find. It sits on the corner (right side) you can't miss it. It is a 1 way street .... Dr Chew has 3 offices - Americus, Montezuma, and Leesburg. If you're in the area, check them out. They have a large selection of glasses and shades.
