He looked like he didn't want to be there, which anyone with a brain can gather that. His coworker said sorry to me and that he just had surgery... which I felt no empathy for since he wanted to treat me like I was ghetto trash off the street. Ace lost out on over $200 worth of product. I get it, no one wants to work in 2026... but I happened to be working and you made my work day so difficult. But Home Depot profited even more money. I pray this ace hardware location closes down. If you had surgery the day prior and you know you already give piss poor customer service as it is; maybe you should have stayed home.

And when we walked in the store, we were greeted by big smiles and courteous helpful sales folks. This store renewed my hope in humanity and kept us from driving around the countryside.
