This past Friday, my sister, mother and I said goodbye to our father, a lifelong resident of Georgia. As luck would have it, the septic system in his property failed late last night (Monday) leaving my sister and mother there alone to manage this strange and overwhelming system. Being from California neither of us know much about such things. Mark Robinson came out early Tuesday morning ready and prepared for just about anything. In a short time, he identified the problem and solved it as well as explained it along the way! I forget the two gentleman's name but they had the tank in the air in less then 5 minutes. They had it back in place leak checked and ready to go. I have never seen such apathy towards a customer. They don't care how much they inconvenience the customer or how much they cost the customer due to their lack of planning. They have NO work ethic. Definitely a company that over promises and under delivers.

The follow up appointments and getting the final details squared away went as smooth we could've hoped, under the circumstances. On the day of the services, the attendants were present without being a distraction...fulfilling the roles necessary without distracting from the service. At the end of the funeral, the main one in charge (forgive me not remembering his name) did a bit of a speech to close out the service as wheel out the casket. It touched on my grandmother's career as a nurse and made the family feel at ease with the goings on surrounding the day. It was the best I could've hoped for in an otherwise heartbreaking time. I couldn't imagine a better outcome for the day. My grandmother would've been pleased with it all.
