There were no reviews so I had nothing to go by. I called and spoke to Debbie. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the way I was treated over the phone. I told her I would go home and think about what I wanted and call her the next day. I was so very grateful for all the info she had given me the night before. I placed the order first thing the next day. Debbie was patient and kind. I had no idea what I wanted and she walked me down the path to get the end result that I expected. She made the process easy and I was able to do everything over the phone. I am almost 200 miles away. This helped me out. I hope my friend's family enjoys the arrangement.
