Davis said they would be at the funeral home the day before so we could see the flowers. They did not arrive until the morning of the service so I requested a picture before the service, but did not get one. The day of the service I was so embarrassed and disappointed. The roses had cheap plastic beads all over the spray and falling off the spray with a stuffed animal bird/dove thing diving through the horrible beads. Do not assume they understand what simple elegance means. After the service, I drove to Davis and told Charles how embarrassed I was with the flowers because I though he would want to know. He said," I was kind of worried about that dove too." He then said he was sorry and that was it. I usually do not write reviews, but did not want someone else to find themselves in this same position.
