Ordered flowers for a funeral; bought the deluxe size which ended up looking more like the standard size. The vase was too large for the handful of flowers they put in the vase. When I called them to complain about using too large a vase in ratio to the flowers; the lady would only say to me "well. I did not do that order but I will pass it along to the person that did". It would have been nice that somewhere in the conversation she would have expressed some type of apology for the dissatisfaction of the arrangement. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

The owner of this business is very unprofessional and her tone is very rude. I have called this business twice and both times were a complete disaster. The first order was last August for a balloon bouquet with school colors to be delivered to my Neice school in town, The instructions were to write on the card "Happy 1st Day back to school" . They delivered happy birthday balloons and wrote on the card "happy birthday" . My Neice called me and asked why was I sending her birthday balloons when her birthday was in May, I called the business to inquire and the owner immediately began yelling saying her staff was just about to be heading home for the day and what did it matter because it was a simple mistake but since they did deliver balloons I should be satisfied. She also said that they were not going to do anything else with this order. After I insisted that the error they made totally destroyed my message I was trying to get to my Neice she finally agreed to take another bouquet of balloons and correct the message but said I would have to wait until they had time to go all the way out to that school again. The reorder never was delivered. The next encounter with this business was this May through an online referral that did not list the name only a toll free number. When I called and found out it was this business I was very hesitant to proceed but did anyway. I asked about ordering 100 balloons for an event to be held the next month. The lady answering the phone started right away in an elevated tone saying why would I call them and expect they would have 100 balloons in stock. I explained I needed them for a balloon release in memory of my son and when searching online I called a toll free number that referred me. She said hold on and I'll check to see if we can order them. She returned to the phone and said ma'am it would not be worth our while to order the balloons and she then said she sure would like to know who referred us because that was not good. I was then confused as to why a business would not appreciate a national referral. She said because we don't need anybody making referrals for us we do just fine and she would rather I call somebody else and hung up the phone. I called back just to make sure the phone didn't accidentally disconnect and she said no I hung up the phone ma'am and please take your business somewhere else because we don't want it and she disconnected the line again. I'm just confused as to the mindset and operation of this business. I guess you have to be local to understand. Good luck for those who use them. All I can say is that I hope you never have a problem because the tables will turn and you will see a different side of the business owner. Just baffling to me. read more
