They don't just do their jobs -- they show up for us like family. Coming from someone who spent years feeling like no one was really in their corner, I can say this place gave me something I didn't think I'd find: stability, support, and a sense of belonging. He then searched for the part, called me back with a confirmation, and sent me directions to the store. All for a few $4.00 PVC parts. Imagine getting that kind of service at a big box store! Sold me a bad refrigerator. After I found a replacement elsewhere is when I discovered that the bottom of the fridge door gasket was basically shredded. THEY KNEW ALL THIS WHEN THEY SOLD IT TO ME (and if they somehow didn't, they have no business selling anything!). My bad for not checking the gasket at the bottom, but there's an expectation of quality assurance when a business is selling an appliance for over $300. Will NEVER buy there again, and won't recommend anyone else. Go to Second Chances, Ron seems like a stand-up guy -- he's not a slick salesman, and he knows how to work on the machines he sells.
