I needed him to drill a hole in my counter and install a reverse osmosis filter under the sink. He has the knowledge but not all the tools so make sure you mention materials he will be working with . In my opinion a couple more months and he will be a top notch service.

Brad and Brian were spectacular!! I did not have all the necessary parts for the job but they…read morekindly worked with me and through their resourcefulness accomplished everything I needed. Besides being extremely competent in the electrical field, they were so professional, patient, and the kindest technicians that have ever entered our home. After they left, I stared looking around the house for other projects they could complete. They were here last year and fixed some electrical issues that had not worked in 7 years. Obviously, they can solve extremely complicated issues. I highly recommend Easy Electrical. Also, Katie, one of the owners has always been so pleasant on the phone when I call.

I scheduled an appointment to meet a technician for an estimate to wire a shed and took a day off of work for that purpose. He was a no-show. You cannot rely on easy electrical solutions to honor their appointments. I hope they're able to solve whatever problems they are having, but I will be a former customer going forward and we'll find another provider.

I recently had Sunrise Electrical come to my house and repair some work…read morethat was incorrectly done by another company, that I currently am in a lawsuit with. The work they did was fine, that is not why I am giving them a 1 star. The reason for the 1 star is because of customer service. When Sunrise Electrical started their work, I requested from them a list of everything they needed to repair so that I could give the list to my attorney and have some proof of the incorrect work done by the previous company. Sunrise Electrical told me they would be glad to help us out by creating that list. After the work had been done, I paid them what was owed and waited for the corrections list. After not receiving anything from Sunrise Electrical, I contacted them and was told a story that unfortunately the person from Sunrise Electrical had to be sent out of the country for a while. To me that sounds a little fishy. One of the main reasons I decided to go with Sunrise Electrical is because they said they would help me out and it would be no problem writing a list of the corrections. And because Sunrise Electrical promised to do me a favor and then backed out after they were paid, I am giving them a 1 star for poor customer service. I would highly recommend finding another company that stays true to their word. "All you have in business is your reputation, so it's very important that you keep your word."
