It sounds more like Arielle doesn't understand the details of her insurance plan as well as she thinks she does, which to her defense isn't uncommon. We had 4 wisdom teeth extracted here (under sedation) and they collected our co-pay at the time of service (as is customary for surgery) and it went perfectly from a financial standpoint. As far as the surgery itself, it went well, and there was minimal discomfort during the healing phase, no dry sockets or anything. The main reason for this review is Nalani verifying our benefits before an expensive procedure we scheduled after the wisdom teeth extraction. She caught something that we did not know about, called us before the procedure and actually ended up saving us a lot of money by alerting us to this provision on our insurance. Nothing shady going on here, just stand up people working hard.

Thank goodness I was able to do that within 48 hours! But they wouldn't refund the money I had paid them. I have been trying for several weeks to get a refund. Now I find out he has retired and a new doctors has taken over the office but no patients. So now I'm out of the money I paid them???? Looks like I will need to get in touch with an attorney.

As soon as the lady told me how much I would have to pay I knew it was 3x more expensive than 3 other places i had called. The receptionist lady got an attitude when I told her I couldn't decide right away and treated me like shit. They are definitely there for money and not for the care of their patients.
