I've been certain for a long time that the billing office is completely inept, but when they over billed on every single service they have ever performed for both of us, I have to believe they are also very dishonest. And trying to get details of service billings from them is out of the question. Their billing is the most muddled mess I have ever seen from a dentist office. I genuinely wonder how many people they have swindled over the years, and whether there could be some kind of embezzlement scheme going on in their office. I'll be cooperating with the debt collection company they are about to unleash on me to fight the debt and further explore the validity of the debt they are falsely claiming. And by the way, after they discovered my original yelp review, all of a sudden 4 new glowing reviews showed up for them on Yelp. I saw through those fake reviews that I'm certain were posted by the business manager. When I subsequently called them out on my review, all 4 of them magically disappeared. No doubt this was a ploy to detract from their poor business practices I have pointed out. How embarrassing! They worked with me to take care of me, assess my situation and create a plan to take care of it. Now, 5 years later I have continued to go there, with insurance woohoo, and they work with my crazy schedule since I travel for work. The receptionists are thoughtful, always give me options, and insure I'm taken care of. I haven't had a dental assistant I haven't enjoyed and both Dentists are in the loop and take great care of me. I love that they tell me what they are doing so that I understand the process for new restoration. The part that shocks me the most, is no matter how much time has passed or what dental assistant I have, they seem to know about me and it just shows a genuine level of care. Going to the dentist can be expensive, painful in scheduling, and overall just not the best experience but not here. I HIGHLY recommend this office. I live in Seattle and I continue to make the trek to go here.

I regrettably brought two of my daughters to this practice. I am so upset because the dentist there…read moreprovided unacceptable and inadequate dental care, harming them both. I am sharing these terrible experiences so others can be aware and stand clear. It first started with my eldest daughter who had a severely cracked tooth, coupled with infection. Rather than treating the infection before extracting the tooth, he chose to pull it out while she had an infection, causing terrifyingly painful dry socket that lasted over a week. He didn't even prescribe the antibiotic dosage correctly to address the infection immediately as there was no initial mega dose at the beginning, just 1 every 6 hours. And at my younger daughter's appointment, they could not get an adequate crown from the lab. This happened twice and he brought up the state insurance as if that is a reason to provide bottom level care. When he did the mold/impression again, he first drilled her tooth down to the base like her tooth was the problem for the unnaturally shaped and oversized crown. He also he got very defensive and aggressive because we were opposed to the defective crown that he wanted to use on her, which looked completely unnatural, clunky like a piano key and was one & half times the size. My daughter was clearly distressed and tearful, saying she doesn't want that in her mouth, but he disregarded her anguish and stuck it in anyway, after his dental hygienist, Tammie, already said she could have a temporary tooth redone while they send a new impression to the lab, but the dentist took over and said you're not getting a temporary today and he put the defective crown in and sent her out the door looking like Mr. Ed. She was mortified. When we drove home, she broke down into tears and said she couldn't go to school and that her tooth hurt from him drilling it down so far again and putting the glue and crown on it. I called to tell them she needed it off and to have a temporary tooth done because what they have on her was hurting after he filed her tooth down and put on the defective crown and it's pushing against her surrounding teeth and hurting her gums, and that she was not able to go to school with physical and emotional pain. He didn't care and said that was the best he could do and to wait for the crown to come back. Unbelievable! We would never go back there, ever.
