Every movement and exercise was treated with great care and precision, and his knowledge really shows -- he was excellent at tailoring home exercises for my mom and her exact needs. She was initially doubtful she'd ever return to her normal activities, but within just a couple of months she was moving comfortably again and even traveling with no issues. Dr Nick is a great doctor would definitely recommend, I've yet to have an issue with him. Sometimes I overhear the girls at the front they are very loud at times sometimes laughing very inappropriate.. especially the one that sits on the right when you walk in. she's very passive aggressive when you ask questions. Maybe she needs more customer service training.. Apart from that the people who schedule appointments are quick and polite. This is also a pretty clean clinic, it's definitely on the smaller side but not a big deal. Not sure about their physical therapy but it looks neat!

Another visit, I worked with Julia and she was very helpful in correcting any form issues I was having and I personally love that so I know I'm getting the most out of any exercise. Richard was also very kind and helpful in getting me to my next exercise or explaining what I needed to do. I love the community here as everyone's kind of talking and sharing their stories and all the therapists quickly get to know patients. I initially was referred for 6 visits regarding my hip/back and quickly began feeling better due to the work I did here and other various life changes. When I arrived at the office, the front desk staff greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me with the checking in process. Everything was simple and straight forward, which I appreciated it so much. When I stepped in the room for the treatment, Julia escorted me inside and asked several questions regarding my symptoms. She listened to me very patiently and wrote notes. After that, she brought some tools to do some tests and whenever I started to have pain, she immediately stopped and moved on to the next test. She was very considerate and professional while determining my condition. During the treatment session, she kindly explained what we're going to do in each step and made sure that I wasn't pushing too hard. At the end, she gave me an ice pack on my shoulder, which relieved all the soreness. I strongly recommend this place especially Julia as your therapist. Can't wait to visit her again and get better. I've done continuous stretching and exercises I've learned online in order to try to stay active. Start of DynamX PT: Abigail did my evaluation and noticed I had weak posterior chain. Her and Dustin came up with a workout routine that I did both at physical therapy and at home. In my 3-month span I was able to go from barely able to jog with pain to one legged explosive jumping. It did take lots of work but with Dustin's dynamic workouts I was able to improve gradually over time. Thanks: Huge shout out to Fain for staying on top of my insurance company.
