Drove all the way down to Phoenix from Sedona for a consult on a referral from NAH for reconstruction following my (yet to be) mastectomy. No one at reception to greet me for about 15 minutes. Then I was finally greeted and asked to fill out a heinous form requiring all kinds of details and then at least a dozen of my signatures (*"we can take stills and videos of YOU but no recording US allowed, etc., which seemed like a screaming red flag...) I finally completed the ipad form and hit "submit." Instead of submitting, it it didn't save anything and I was quite unapologetically told to "fill it out again." At this point, I was already not vibing with this place. If I had been the receptionist, I would have apologized profusely, told the doctor what happened and then asked him if perhaps the patient (Me) could fill it out again as I spoke with the doctor. The male receptionist seemed like a fairly pleasant guy but was just pretty clueless on etiquette. I turned around and high-tailed it out of there asap. Now I'm reading a bunch of not-so-stellar reviews. I'm very glad I trusted my gut. I fully plan to keep searching as I have a couple of months. Trust your gut, ladies and gentlemen! otential Patients BEWARE!!! (READ this in it's entirety. You'll be glad you did.) This is really a NEGATIVE 5 STAR review! Some of the "Positive" reviews are so overdone & poorly FAKED, they're laughable! My wife dodged a bullet with this place! You should too! Other reviews in here that describe the staff's utter ineptitude, ridiculous answering / texting system that makes it impossible to reach anyone, are SPOT ON with what we've experienced. Add to that, them INTENTIONALLY not responding to calls, voicemails & texts out of "convenience", is the most unprofessional thing we've ever experienced with any medical practice by FAR! (To add context, my wife worked as an an Office Manager for a busy, upscale Orange County, CA dentist for many years & understands what all is entailed in regards to Patient relations, Patient accessibility to the office & Dr, Insurance Pre-Authorizations, etc...) We went in for her to be examined to have her Mentor breast implants replaced, as they had both ruptured. She had an ultrasound & a mammogram done no more than 2 weeks prior to her consultation with Dr. Jacobsen. One side (left) is leaking into her Lymphnodes, & has become extremely swollen & has formed a Capsular Contracture. The other is simply leaking out & shrinking. (*NOTE-The medical reports containing this information were requested to be sent to their office by Office Manager / Patient Liason, "Kimberly" during checkout after the exam & consultation. They were sent & &confirmed to be received.) During the consultation (I was with my wife every minute.) my wife really seemed to like Dr. J. He's quite personable & charming. Buuuut.... We BOTH noticed that he didn't take ANY notes at all. This was a "bit concerning", but not alarming as it all "seemed" like "common" issues for the Dr. After the exam, he turned my wife over to Kimberly to take some pictures, then head to the front to review the costs associated with the procedure. THIS is IMPORTANT... Kimberly presented us with an estimate. (Keep in mind that they know my wife has Mentor implants, & they use Mentor implants exclusively & KNOW that Mentor offers a LIFETIME replacement warranty on ALL of their implants.) In this estimate was included a charge of $1,370.00 for "Garments & Implants". My wife asked if they now wanted her insurance information & Kimberly, responded by pulling back a bit with a confused look on her face, then said "Welllll.... What do you think the insurance would cover???" as though to to imply "Why bother?" It was really odd. Their website states that they accept insurance. Our insurance company referred us to them. But my wife also know that insurance WON'T pay as much as a "CASH Paying' customer. It gets better! Stay with me!... I contacted Mentor directly to check on the warranty process & ended up going through the semi lengthy process of opening up a "File" & acquiring a "File #". All they needed now was the Dr,'s exam report sent to them to complete it. I basically did part of the Dr.'s offices job. No big! Glad it worked out that way! ...Or so I thought. I "TEXTED" the office to let them know this, ask them to send their report to Mentor & to please garner the Pre-Authorization from the insurance company. Standard stuff, RIGHT? I added for them to please make sure that everything is understood about her situation, so that we can get them covered & to please keep her regular Dr. updated (If possible) as he manages her Lupus. Nothing special or extraneous requiring "special" attention or extra effort. Their response the next day was "Mr. & Mrs. J*****, Dr J******* would love to care for you but it appears you need a Concierge doctor. We cannot provide the administrative services you have requested." ...WHAT??? A "Concierge doctor"??? For a Pre-Auth & to send a report to the Mentor for the warranty??? Seriously?!? ...ALL STANDARD daily processes for a medical office of ANY kind. I've tried to call them multiple times, text & email as well. I've left messages stating that I think they may have misunderstood something, asking them to call me back so we can clear up what surely must be a simple misunderstanding or mistake. I've received NO return calls & ONE return text stating "Mr. & Mrs. J*****, Dr J******* recommends that you see your family doctor to be referred to surgeon who can provide these services. We cannot provide the administrative services you have requested. Dr J******** staff." WOW!!! I'm embarrassed that we didn't research him sooner. This horrible experience is what prompted us to start looking up reviews in the 1st place. I'm SO glad we did! Their ineptitude did us a favor! I should send them a great big gift basket for being so bad that it prompted my to do more research on them! The additional reviews of his "Hatchet Jobs" saved my wife from the same potential fate. I was told I would not be able to be seen again without removing a prior bad review from here, Google and Better Business Bureau. So I updated Google and Yelp but not able to update BBB. I never got a call back about pain I was having from my implants. Its now about 1 year later and I have been diagnosed with Grade 2 Breast Cancer!!! Dr. Jacobsen never discussed to me that being over 40 years old that maybe I should get a mammogram. The pain in my breast was from the cancer. Had he just had me get that done, I would not be where I am now, or if he saw me after I told him of the pain, we would have found this cancer at least a year earlier. Please be cautious, do your research, get a mamogram, don't just go to the least expensive surgeon or just because they are located in Scottsdale. Dr Jacobsen is a very nice man (or at least he was very kind to me) so it pains me to leave this review but I definitely don't want anyone else to have to go through what I went through and have the results I had. I went to him for a breast lift (I have implants that we did not switch out). The first issue was that when I woke up, I was in a ton of pain. Worst than ever! I've had three breast surgeries now and that was the only one I've had any pain on. I have a high pain tolerance too. The second is that he left a large portion of extra areola and acted like it was fine. So my areola was round and then off to each side it looked like a football shape piece coming out. Super ugly! I went to him 3 more times to fix that and it still looked horrific. I ended up giving up. Edit: I had asked him to make my areolas smaller during my lift. Third, he did a lollipop lift. Normally the line under the nipple goes straight down. He made the line go off to the side and the scar was about AN INCH THICK!!! I waited about a year and a half and I just went and had the entire lift redone somewhere else and it looks SO much better! What a waste of so much time and money going to him. Please proceed with caution. The pictures included are before my surgery to redo them a year and a half later. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR!! His 5 star reviews are made up by his staff and he pays a company to remove bad and accurate reviews. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was referred to Dr. Jacobsen through my insurance company for implant removal due to a cancerous finding in the right breast through a mammogram. I got a text with a scheduled appointment. I tried to call the office and there's an answering machine telling patients to text them and not call. I went to the appointment and everything went well. A day later, I got a text from Dr. Jacobsen's office saying that they wanted to schedule me for surgery and I agreed by text. I wasn't given any antibiotics in advance or asked to do an updated mammogram. I went to St. Joes in December 2022 for the surgery and woke up to an explant. Everything was fine until the right breast started to swell from a seroma after he removed the drains. I texted his office pictures and got no response. I emailed his office pictures and still no response. So I went to his office without an appointment and let them know what I was experiencing. They immediately rushed me to the back and Jacobsen came in and began to aspirate the fluid from my right breast. The seroma fluid came back 3 times and all 3 times I had to go to his office without an appointment and have the fluid removed because they wouldn't answer the text or emails. The last time I was there, we scheduled a surgery for him to remove the seroma. After the surgery, I noticed that my right breast didn't drop like my left. I also noticed hideous scars on the side of both of my breasts. They looked like someone used a hacksaw to cut me open. The scar is normally underneath the crease of the breasts. While at my follow up appointment, I asked him why would he cut me open like he did and what was going on with my right breast. He told me he gets to choose how he cuts a patient and that my right breast won't fall into place like my left because he gave me a mini breast lift so I would have to come back and let him give me a full breast lift. Now I'm left with lopsided breasts. His office has refused to give me my medical records as well as refused to answer any emails or texts from me. During consultation: I had a great experience during my consultation with Dr. J and his staff. They made me feel super comfortable as soon as I walked in even though I was a nervous wreck. Everyone was so sweet, nice and very knowledgeable. What I wanted done Dr. J surprised me with his answer. Which is why I will be scheduling an appointment for a breast augmentation soon with him. Also, I hate talking on the phone so I am able to contact them by text or email with any questions or concerns I have, and with my busy schedule it works out for both parties. As for a consultation experience I have no complaints. After surgery: I am 7 dpo breast augmentation utm, and let me tell you they already look so good!. Surgery went well and the scars seem to be healing good. The best thing was I was able to text any questions/concerns I had afterwards regarding my recovery even after hours with pictures and I got a reply easing my anxiety when it was nothing big. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! He is a scam! I had level 4 capsulated breast implants and was desperate to get them out. When my other doctor couldn't fit me in fast enough, I settled to see Dr. Jacobsen as he seemed good at my consult (what a bad decision that was). He told me he worked with insurance as I had a pre-approval, but said I had to pay up front and he would submit for reimbursement. Then he screwed up the medical codes so I got NO reimbursement and he wouldn't correct his records! He gave me horrible scars, did not remove all my capsule, then threw my implants away against my wishes and several online, in-person, and over text message conversations requesting for them to be returned. Lied saying he had my implants but sent me on a wild goose chase to get them at the surgery center, then his office, then back to the surgery center, all for him to email me and say I needed to "stop wasting his time" and I don't need my implants. I had already made a claim with Mentor and was instructed to have them returned. No pictures of the capsule he removed, switched the anesthesiologist as I was on the table and I had to pay the second anesthesiologist while getting prepped, even though I had already paid the first one! I have had to have two invasive biopsies due to his incompetence, ultra sounds and mammograms every six months since, because of the capsule left inside of me, and now am looking for another doctor to fix his bad work because he didn't give me a proper lift, or a lift at all, even though I paid him to do so! Awful, awful, awful! Oh, and in his pre-op notes he stated, no family members present for post op instructions, even though he talked to my husband prior to surgery and he was there the whole time! Fantastic! I highly recommend Dr Jacobsen. I've had two great experiences with Dr Jacoblen and his staff. The first was in Nov 2020 when he repaired a laceration that would otherwise have left a scar. His work was done so well that one would never know that it was done. His suture work was outstanding and he so strategically placed the sutures that even I have a hard time finding where he did the work - and I know exactly where to look. So, when I needed another repair procedure on my face in Jan 2023, there was no possibility that I'd use anyone other than Dr Jacobsen. As before, his staff was excellent, his work was quick and painless and again he strategically placed the sutures such that I'm sure I'll one day forget it was done. ...and there's a bonus! Dr Jacobsen is not only a great plastic surgeon, who is attentive to the tiny details, but he's also highly intelligent and an excellent conversationalist. I've enjoyed both of my visits with him. I waited over a year after my breast reduction surgery with Dr J to let the scars heal and to give my body time to adjust before making any decisions regarding going under the knife again. Post surgery with Dr J, the scar on my left breast was very wide and my nipples weren't sewed back on correctly so one looks funny when it isn't hard...and on my right breast, the Dr left a chunk of aerola so I have been self conscious of these things. I went in for a follow up due to these concerns and he offered to fix it (not the scar) just the nipples. They gave me an affordable price and I made the decision to seek another doctor because I don't feel comfortable after the mistakes that were made and the scars on my body. Dr J is not a perfectionist unfortunately. I would not recommend him..I am 50 perfect happy after surgery...if you want to be 100 percent happy, which is how surgery should be, go find someone else who wants to get everything right the first time. He is a kind gentleman, but again, he is not a perfectionist, which is what you want when you go in for any type of surgery. Dr. Jacobsen and his staff are completely fantastic. His staff are very professional people: they run on time, they make eye contact, they are friendly and talk to people like individuals. Dr. Jacobsen was on time for my case in the OR - that's big for a patient. He is a conscientious doctor, who has healed a very angry wound first with surgery, then giving the tissues time to heal. I am so happy with his care, and his availability to me as a patient. He answers his own emails, within minutes and he believes in healing a person, rather than completing a case. I have referred people to him for help with chronic wounds and infection, and I have given his card to surgeons who can run into chronic wounds in their practices. I will continue to refer people to this very talented surgeon. What a blessing to have found him on referral. I had an appointment with Dr.J about my implant that had ruptured. He hadn't even looked at my MRI that I was told to bring in via text message. I can tell you this, he told me a lot of things that didn't add up. For example, he said once that he told me that he would replace both implants but, only one side needed a lift. My breasts are both aligned perfectly enough for anyone. That didn't make sense. He spat off information that made him sound uneducated in plastic surgery. He told me I needed to have my implants out but, after more research, it's not urgent that I do because my rupture is intracapsular. I just have to get it checked once a year. I definitely felt like he didn't know what he was talking about. I asked him about a deep plane facelift and he couldn't tell me the difference between a deep plane or a regular face lift except it takes more to heal and it's unnecessary. No medical explanation because he doesn't know. His retort was, we just don't do them. There are more examples but, please research your surgeons before you put yourself at risk. This is our bodies and faces and we can't afford to make mistakes. And, big red flag!! His prices are way cheaper than reputable plastic surgeon by one third. You get what you pay for! read more

I am not a medical person and have only had one surgery before this one (seriously, not even wisdom teeth). I went to see Dr. Jacobsen to remove an encapsulated seroma from my first surgery. What a different experience from my first surgery! I was really nervous to see a new doctor after my first experience not being a good one but was in a lot of pain and really needed some help. Dr. Jacobsen's front office is very welcoming and comforting. You are surrounded by nice furniture and books and not a sterile environment that is scary and intimidating. It is a very nice space and comforting. All of his staff are nice and efficient. They gave me good pre-op instructions and his surgical staff at St. Joseph's outpatient were all very kind and gentle and you can tell they care about your comfort. Dr. Jacobsen's post op instructions were very throrough and not once did I feel like I was unprepared. You also can text him anytime. This is very comforting when you are home with a drain! Where to even start..my wife had the misfortune of choosing this doctor for her breast augmentation and lift.. He was cheaper than the other doctors she spoke with and had a very good sales pitch and great ratings so she chose him, huge mistake. The way he treated my wife was an utter disgrace. First off, there's no way to speak with a live person at this doctor's office. You have to use voicemail, email or text. This should have been a red flag. When you or your loved one has just had surgery there is no substitute for being able to communicate and get the answers you need right away. My wife would write and ask questions all the time and many times her questions were completely ignored or not properly answered. A good example of this was my wife writing the text line immediately after her surgery describing the symptoms of a hematoma and being told by the doctor's wife Kimberly that the symptoms she was describing were normal. But of course it wasn't normal to have one breast much bigger and higher up than the other or bruises spreading down only the right side of her body wasn't right. As soon as she's seen by Dr. J he tells her he's sorry he had no idea she had all that in her right breast and that she needs to go back into another surgery to drain all the blood. She goes into that second surgery with a left breast that's healing nicely and comes out with clear liquid coming out at the incision that was perfect before he touched it and he should never have touched it anyway the surgery was for the other breast. So this is what starts the issues with her left breast. She endures another 2 surgeries making it 5 surgeries and my wife constantly being in pain for months. In that time the lies he told my wife to cover up his incompetence were amazing. He lied to her about her infection, he lied to her about restitching her (which he didn't) resulting in her implant exposing itself. He had no problem using my wife's medical records to lie about her and cover up his mistakes.. When my wife would contact him and ask him questions he avoided answering them. He also does not always surgical gloves when touching areas around the wound. He also has zero integrity. He signed a contract with a company that removes bad reviews which to me is downright deceptive. If you search "Dr. William Jacobsen, remove bad reviews" you will be able to read how he tried to get out of paying this company by altering his Vitals profile to a different location and even took the photo of another doctor and put it into his profile to try and claim they had removed the reviews for the wrong doctor Jacobsen. Not really the behaviour of a surgeon is it? Sadly this was the kind of dishonest behavior we saw throughout my wife's time with him and goes to show you can't believe ratings. I could write all day about what a piece of work this guy is, but it still wouldn't be enough. This is simply our experience with him, and in my opinion he should not be allowed to practice medicine. If you have to go see this doctor, record your visits. Thankfully my wife recorded all her conversations with him. Originally it was so I could hear what was happening since I wasn't able to go to her appointments and surgeries but then as time went on she kept recording because she wanted a record of what was happening because she didn't trust him and with good reason. What really offended my wife was how he would always talk about God while lying to her to make what he said seem more believable, but really it was just pathetic. I had surgery with Dr. Jacobsen on November 9th 2022 for a breast lift with augmentation. I want to start by saying I was initially excited about my surgery, my consultation went well. Fast forward to a few weeks before surgery. I went back to his website and found only a few before and after photos of the procedure I was having and this made me question why. I asked the office why there aren't more photos and all they told me was that their patients like their privacy...which doesn't make sense to me cause any other plastic surgeon you go to has a plethora of photos to show their work. So this was off putting, mind you this research I was doing should have been done well before I chose my surgeon but I was excited I didn't take the time to dig like I should have...So that's my fault and I have learned my lesson but in my defense when you look up good plastic surgeons in Arizona he is one first ones to pop up with 5 star ratings everywhere. After doing research I discovered he pays to have any bad reviews removed. Since my surgery they wouldn't work with me on a one day post op appointment since I live 3 hours away I wanted to be seen the day after. Even though they told me initially that they would do that for me. I tried to get them to fit me in and they wouldn't. Also, their office is an all texting office. You can not call and speak to a person and this is so upsetting because you can't effectively communicate with anyone. About 4 months post-op I started developing a lump on my incision line where he did the lift. I texted a picture to the office and asked if their was an infected suture and supposedly Dr. Jacobsen texted me back and said yes, I needed to be seen. That's another thing, you never know if your actually talking to the Dr. Anyways, I told him when I could make the trip and they wouldn't work with my schedule once again, he immediately sent antibiotics to my pharmacy with out even telling me I was notified by my pharmacy that I had a prescription ready so he was just trying to cover his ass. I kept trying to get an appointment but then the office was saying I would be charged for a procedure...I said a procedure?? I shouldn't be charged at all I haven't even had a post-op appointment and that appointment is included in the entire surgery cost. So I didn't go down and get treated. I treated it at home. My incision lines look TERRIBLE they are jagged and not uniform. I'm starting to get what is called lateral displacement where the implants are settling under my armpits and not in the middle of my chest. I will have to have another surgery to correct this idiots work. More money that I wasn't planning on spending. Please dig and do your research after I looked into Dr. Jacobsen more I found awful reviews and I wish I wouldn't have rushed this process. He is not a good surgeon and his office also reflects that. I found the office staff ever ready to help with a caring attitude. Scheduling was a breeze and quick. Dr. Jacobsen is wonderful! I had such a good experience here. My dermatologist found a suspicious mole on the top of my nose that wound up having to be removed. I ended up having to have four procedures in less than two months! Dr. Jacobsen is very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining procedures. He is also a great surgeon because after being cut four times in basically the same spot there is no scar at all! The office staff is also nice and exceedingly helpful. Even the office is soothing and not the worst place to sit and wait. Be prepared to wait, though. I've had to wait for up to an hour after my scheduled appointment time to actually get seen. read more

On Friday, 05/31/19, I left this doctor's office for my initial consultation without being seen. I arrived at 3:53 for my 4pm appt. and left at 4:35. (had already filled out my paperwork online!) There was another lady who arrived at the same time as I did, and she left at 4:30 cuz she couldn't wait anymore. And I thought to myself, good thing I'm not in a hurry so I can wait... But then, another lady who arrived 10 minutes AFTER me was called back for her initial consultation BEFORE ME! When I went up to ask the front-desk gal why she was called back before me, she said that she can't help exactly when someone gets "time-stamped" in (since I guess she doesn't do that? so who does?) - and she said that "she must've been checked in before" me (and why is this?). And when I said "wait, I'm confused, why was she checked in before me?" She replied again with, "I can't help when the medical assistant checks people in (and calls them I guess?)." Wow, what a way to make a person feel valued! So I sat back down and thought about how the fact that maybe since I didn't make smalltalk with the front desk gal that might've been used against me? Since the lady who came in 10 mins. after me talked about lipstick colors with the gal and I didn't, so i guess they liked her better? I don't know... Then I thought about some Yelp reviews that weren't good, and did I want to have to deal with this office double and triple-booking appt. times w/mine in the future (if I continued to go there), so I just left without saying anything cuz I was mad and felt utterly disrespected (although they probably don't even care). Do yourself a favor and find a different plastic surgeon's office, this one sucks in my opinion! read more

Was never able to even receive a quote for an extremely simple procedure. Waited over a week and a half and zero response even after multiple follow ups. If the business is this inept in providing a simple quote for services.... Imagine how the important work or surgery might turn out. You are better served elsewhere. Staff is a joke. I was contacted several years ago to close out an outstanding balance. I was told if I maid a payment of I think it was around $100 they would close the account out. I made the payment. Since then I have been contacted by letter which I responded with that I closed this out with the last payment... no response. I just received a text today that they are sending me to collections. I have closed this out already! Your staff needs to do their job! You couldn't get me to go back to this doctor's office... besides the poor care I received years ago and the staff this place is a joke! read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Doctor does NOT care about what you want!!! I was so excited to get my boobs done finally saved up enough money. The day of surgery I waited over 3 hours past my surgery time they kept saying the dr is running late I did Not care to much and was just excited to finally be getting my boobs done. I let him know I wanted the biggest C cup or Beginning D cup. The photos I showed them were obviously around that size. I don't know if the dr rushed my surgery are what happened back ther but final result I got was the smallest B cup. I have an a cup naturally so I would wear push up bras to make it look like a B. So I basically paid to get nothing done. My friends and family are very honest with me and told me it looks like I had nothing done because everyone is so used to me wearing a push up bra anyway. Talk about a nightmare. If he has something going on he will rush your surgery and make you look Terrible! Please don't research and go elsewhere. Now I have to pay more money to get this fixed! read more

Great doctor and outstanding job he did for me. I'm so greatfull !

I went to have my implants removed and replaced because an ultrasound thought they were ruptured and some silicone was floating loose. I went to Dr. Jacobsen to replace them. At the same time I thought I would also like to have some excess weight around my stomach removed aka tummy tuck. Day of surgery he was running late so never made it to chat with me before surgery. He also didn't call my daughter after surgery to tell her the results or leave a message. When I did see him, I asked if they had ruptured and he said no. But the real shocker was that not only was there the horizontal scar for the tummy tuck, but a vertical one up to my belly button. My previous tummy tuck only had a horizontal scar. Why a vertical? I didn't see a difference in my stomach size, even after a few weeks there was no difference. He said it would go down, but it never did. The stomach fat is still there. So what exactly did he do, but give me 2 hideous scars? I thought the scars would be inconspicuous. Within a couple weeks the vertical scar stitches started to come apart. Had to go in for another surgery to stitch me up again. I still have an occasional pain from my horizontal scar on the left side. Even the new implants started to harden on my right side, so now I'm lopsided. I wish I never went in for the surgeries. Now I have a freak body. ARG! I would not recommend him. read more

After going through so many different doctors who weren't able to get the job done, we finally found someone who could not just do it but do it well. Tracy and the doctor were amazing! They make sure their clients are comfortable at all times and answered any questions we had. Definitely recommend this office. read more

I had Mohs surgery at my dermatologist's office then drove over to Dr. Jacobsen's office for him to close up the wound. He was amazing. Yes, there was a wait but I look at it this way - if for some reason Dr. Jacobsen needed to spend more time than expected on my procedure, he was going to take the time. He would not rush through to stay on schedule. So I did not mind the wait. And the results so far are amazing. He is a true artist - I went in was a gaping hole on the bridge of my nose, larger than a thumb print, and walked out with a nice little area of stitches covered with a steri strip. This is my third time using Dr. Jacobsen for skin cancer - I would not go anywhere else. read more

This is the absolute WORSE plastic surgeon I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He is an arrogant snob who dismisses anything you have to say if he doesn't agree with it and enjoys talking over you. He will NOT do what you two agree on and he decides what he thinks is best for you. I had a medically necessary breast reduction which he botched and refuses to take responsibility for. It is disgusting how he treats you. He left me horribly deformed and extremely lopsided and refuses to correct his mistake. He barely reduced my size and said that he felt it was proportionate to my body. He fails to realize that it was medically necessary to reduce my size significantly due to back, shoulder and neck pain. And unsurprisingly, I am still in pain due to his arrogant negligence. Instead of dealing with me and performing the corrective surgery, he sent me an outrageous bill and letter stating I should go to another plastic surgeon! And when I called my insurance company, they informed me that his office never called them for a pre-authorization for my surgery. And after my surgery, they never sent my insurance company any of the necessary paperwork, just the bill. So please, run as fast as you can from this HORRIBLE doctor and his office!!!!
