Dr Baurmash treated her in two phases and my daughter finally was released from care when she was 14 years old with a big, beautiful smile. At the same time our family relocated from New Jersey to Arizona. I had two other children that needed orthodontic care and I had interviewed a number of Arizona orthodontists and had grave concerns. I knew what to expect and what they were prescribing was not what Dr Baurmash had done for my oldest daughter. One orthodontist even suggested surgery. Dr Baurmash went out of her way to seek out and interview a number of orthodontists in my area of Arizona and she found a practice that was a perfect fit for my two younger children. Fast forward now to 2019 and my oldest daughter who completed all her care with Dr Baurmash in New Jersey,is 25 years old, living and working in San Diego, California. She went to a local dentist, the first on her own and she just called me laughing about how Gugu gaga he was over what he called her perfect orthodontia. He got all geeky and technical in explaining his excitement over the perfection of what had been done to her pallet, her bite and her teeth. He told her that hers was the best orthodontic work he had ever seen. That's Dr Baurmash for you. She went above and beyond to help me when I was no longer a paying customer and now all these years later we come to find out that she was even more exceptional than we already thought she was.

This contrasts with some of the other orthodontists and pediatric dentists that i have encountered who seem intent on keeping their patients locked into expensive care for as long as possible. My daughter was freaked about being called brace face, metal mouth, or any number of names kids will use and I was kind of freaked about the pain she'd be in and the cost. Dr. Newman put us at ease quickly as he explained everything to us about what she would need - palette expander then a couple-three years of braces- and this for a kid whose teeth weren't really that bad. Dr. Newman's staff, and his waiting room, are awesome...I mean how many doctors' offices have an arcade video game in them...especially ones with great 80s and 90s arcade games?!? Anyway, throughout the last 3 1/2 years or so Dr. Newman continued to be as great as he was during that first visit and our daughter's teeth look absolutely great. She had a couple of days of pain throughout the process, usually from the major adjustments, but my daughter is very happy with the results. I wish I could get her to wear her retainers like Dr. Newman wants her to, but that's another story...

I came across Rossy Pediatric Dentistry through my insurance website and got to work. I couldn't believe that every site I searched for reviews on I wasn't able to find anything but five star review after five star review. It has to be too good to be true right? Wrong. I called to make an appointment, one of the nicest receptionists I've ever spoken with. Making my appointment was a breeze, and I was able to submit my paperwork online through their website. I hadn't even step foot in the building and I already felt at ease, I knew I had made the right call. Upon entering the office I was greeted by a smiling face and found the office to be perfectly decorated. It's clean, streamlined, and kid friendly with a safari theme throughout. I had barely finished signing the paperwork I had previously submitted and we were called back for my daughters appointment. The dental hygienist was AMAZING with my daughter. She took the time to explain everything that was happening and what she would be doing. Plus my daughter got to watch Wreck It Ralph on Netflix on a TV mounted directly over the chair while having her teeth cleaned. The safari theme is carried throughout the office into the exam rooms and X-ray room. As with her cleaning, when x-rays needed to be done, everything was throughly explained and my daughter was completely at ease. Finally, we got to see Dr. Steph. Like everyone else in the office, SPECTACULAR! Dr. Steph saw my daughters Elsa shirt and immediately asked if she was Princess Elsa. You couldn't ask for her to be better with kids.
