Like everyone else, this winter was unexpectedly more expensive not only in heating oil but all around life! They delivered in mid-April, I believe leaving me with an $800 bill I hadnt planned for. That's is not their fault. Everything I planned to send a payment in..something else in life came first. We've all been there. Both my husband & I are disabled & are unable to even pick up PT work at the time & our savinf was zero. Dudek was very patient in understanding the situation as I suspect I probably was not the only customer they were calling about a bill. The office manager called me before my bill would be 90 days past due to let me know that if not paid before the 30th..my account t would accumulate another large interest fee & be turned over to collections. She was hoping I could manage something to prevent that action from happening. (Plus I think when accounts go to collection..companies never recover the full amount due but only a % anyway). But, she could have been rude & disrespectful..but she wasnt . The sercice dept I have found to be top notch. Thankfully, we rarely need to use them for an emergency..we have a service plan that they come & service the unit once a year..maintain & teoubleshoot any potential issues before that 2am call is necessary. Im not sure if they have the cheapest price on oil..but its competitive.

He never did ... I called him three more times, which all went to voice mail, and nicely asked for a chat to figure out a 'fair' price. Obviously, no return call. Wish I could give zero stars p.s. kids were great, prompt and efficient - wish they had more control of the bill amount. I assume Peter dictated what to charge.

It seemed that Petro's main objective was to sign customers up with an expensive contract. They also hired young people with ZERO EXPERIENCE. Sure, they were great at selling expensive contracts, but if you had a question or problem with your system, and called them, it was evident that they had no idea what they were talking about. Also, they would deliver oil without permission (which happened several times during our contract) and when called about it, they would pretend they had done it by accident. We're so grateful to have found Elite Heating and Oil, and plan to stay with them.

I had a fantastic experience with Soares Plumbing & HVAC Services and wanted to give a shoutout to…read moreJohn, who went above and beyond. I originally called to get a hot water recirculation line installed so I could finally have instant hot water at my kitchen sink. During his inspection, John noticed corrosion on my cast iron pipes that was causing a leak whenever I flushed the first floor toilet. What impressed me most is that several plumbers had looked at my place before and none of them caught it. He flagged it right away and explained everything clearly. He then quoted me a very fair price for the labor, a new toilet, and installation, and was able to schedule everything within the week. When the toilet arrived, he noticed a small blemish and told me he wouldn't install it because it didn't meet his standards and he told me not to pay until it was done right. That level of integrity is rare. When he came back with the replacement, he discovered the previous homeowner had done some questionable work with the flooring and the toilet had been sitting at an angle. Instead of just reinstalling it the same way, John took the extra time to properly level and seat it flush with the floor, which clearly took extra effort and skill. John is a true perfectionist, incredibly personable, and you can tell this is a family business that really cares about doing things the right way. The pricing was very fair and the quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommend.
