We now understand the doctor is in different locations on different days, but we should have been told of the different location at the time of booking. The reminder call staff ( two days before the appointment) told him he needed to bring a responsible adult with him. It was a problem for me as I had to rearrange things and inconvenience another person. When we arrived, he was told his procedure only needed a local anesthetic and he didn't need anyone with him! I have a deep fear of needles and very sensitive teeth. My life circumstances also make scheduling surgery more complicated than it is for most. I had a consultation with Dr. Lee this week and found him to be positive, respectful and very attentive to my fears and concerns. Other dentists have been a disaster. Dr. Walters had solutions to all of my problems and the training and technology to make it happen. When I needed to get cavities replaced he knew to shrink the nerve first before putting on a permanent filling. My previous dentist did not and I ended up with a root canal. Dr Walters had a simple modern appliance for my teeth grinding, my previous dentists wanted to sell me a complicated 'old' style appliance. As a result of all of my experience with Dr. Walters, he's the only dentist I've ever trusted 100%.
