Long Island Endodontics charges $275 for a consultation without x-rays. If you choose to have the procedure performed at that office, the consultation fee is applied towards your bill. I did not receive a receipt for the $275. It was a mistake on my part not to ask for one. The invoice for this visit was sent to my place of employment, which I find to be very unprofessional. I was billed $627.00 for x-rays. Patients should be informed that their x-rays are on the high end. My dental insurance only covered $87.00 and I can understand why. The individual responsible for billing is unprofessional in communication, both verbally and through email. My visit to this office is costing $550 with no dental work being performed. The kicker! They have pursued legal action against me for the $275. I did inform my dentist about my unfortunate experience with this office. I was provided me a new referral and had a much better experience. The total cost for my root canal (two visits), crown and x-rays, was less than $250.00.

But Sybil was very friendly and polite and answered all my questions, especially about the excruciating pain I was in. She asked if I had any clove in my pantry and to put it on my infected tooth and wow, it worked better than the ibuprofen. Now, back to the big elephant in the room The Root Canal. Dr Levine and his assistant Denise were also great; they made me feel so relaxed I think I went to sleep. The most pain I had was the needles in the beginning, and before I knew it my nap was over- oops, I mean the root canal. They were also very thorough; they sent off all my paperwork to my primary dentist, and my prescription was ready as soon as I got home. All I can say is what a great experience. I don't want to go through this again, but if I do, I know who to call. And by the way this is my second day and I still have no pain

You're unable to speak with the provider who I'm sure is unaware of the nasty attitude and behavior his workers are displaying to potential and new patients. However, if he's employing these type of individuals to operate his business, shows how unethical the practice will be. She said that after the visit and the follow up she could see how some doctors could make mistakes but that did not happen here. I needed to find a new dentist in Long Island and decided to call them. His staff was extremely helpful over the phone and set me up with an appointment two days later. Super quick! The main reason for me leaving my last dentist is because scheduling your regular cleanings are damn near impossible so right off the bat I was extremely pleased and impressed! I arrived 10 min prior to my appointment, did all my new patient paperwork with ease from my phone, and was taken in for X-rays right away. My cleaning was quick, pain free and efficient.
