Key Muscles Innervated by Posterior Cord Branches: Axillary Nerve (C5-C6): Deltoid (shoulder abduction) and Teres minor (external rotation). Radial Nerve (C5-T1): Triceps brachii and Anconeus (arm extension), and posterior forearm muscles (wrist/finger extension). Upper Subscapular Nerve (C5-C6): Subscapularis muscle. Lower Subscapular Nerve (C5-C6): Subscapularis and Teres major muscles. Thoracodorsal Nerve (C6-C8): Latissimus dorsi muscle. I barely even know where to start. I left my appointment in tears. I've had neck pain for years and when I switched to Sharp I really thought I'd be getting a better level of care but I have never felt so disrespected by a doctor. None of the staff listened to me at all. The doctor poked my shoulder once and offered me "a topical gel" as though I don't already own all of them. I didn't get the chance to ask questions or ask for any specific treatment plans. It's just another referral to physical therapy and Bengay. This was useless. Just useless. This office and the Dr. have dropped the ball communicating with referred appointments and left me hanging for months. I had to do the follow up. Today, I was kept waiting 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time. When he and his PA did show up, they were unapologetic as if nothing was out of the ordinary. It appears, I might be wrong, that $ may be the driver of this. I felt and was disrespected! I eventually ended up dictating my own course of action from advice I had gotten from another doctor to address my issue. Never again, methinks not. read more

Dr. Eves office acts as a Collection Agency. They harass you even when you have solid insurance and are up to date on your bill payments. Their phone calls implying you are a serial debtor are highly offensive, and frankly, outright intrusive. Good medical staff, terrible financial management. read more

Had one visit with Dr. Eves's office. Frontline personnel very unfriendly. They took an xray of my fractured shoulder, followed by a meeting with a PA, who explained the contents of the Xray and told me to keep wearing my sling for another two weeks. For ONE visit plus an Xray, they charged my insurance $1,125! Insurance paid $650 and I'm responsible for the balance. My bill showed $700 for treating my fracture. Nobody treated anything! I did not receive a stint, a sling or anything else! I called my insurance and they're reviewing it. I called his office to state that I received NO treatment for my fracture and that I would contest it. They assured me they would have someone from the office call me and you guessed it...haven't heard from anyone. Customer service, I think not! read more

HORRIBLE service! If you break a bone and are in pain and need to see a doctor within the 3-5 days the er requests SKIP this one. Called to get an appointment and spoke to the office assistant Myrna. She is VERY rude and unhelpful. Thank goodness I had my insurance company on the conference call otherwise they wouldn't of believed me. I went to Dr. Eves to get a second opinion on lower back surgery. I found he and his staff to be exceptional. From the beginning paperwork to the final analysis, not just with the dr. But with his 5 assistance of various capabilities, the level of treatment was amazing. Because of this we found a better method to treat my condition than surgery! For that I will be forever grateful! I took my mom for a follow up appointment with Dr. Eves. He had ordered an MRI of her knee. 1 hour after our scheduled appointment I asked the receptionist about the wait. No apology given just a simple "there are 4 more patients ahead of you and he's running behind". Two hours after scheduled appt doctor walked in exam room, no introduction, no aplogy and then seemed annoyed when I asked follow up questions. Finished answering questions, turned around and exited room. He spent 2 minutes at most with us. Very rude and condescending. Would never recommend anyone to this doctor. Staff and doctor all very rude. I felt no sense of caring from anyone in that office. read more

My experience with Dr. Eves and his staff was very positive. The front desk staff was very friendly and advised me of the wait. For those of us who frequent Dr. offices often like me we know to bring a book or smartphone . The waiting room was clean. The patient room I was in was also very clean and looked to have modern equipment. After doing research on the internet and reading blogs about my knee problems I wrote down all my questions so I would not forget what to ask and Dr. Eves answered all of them . He then proceeded to explain to me the latest treatment options that best fit my situation. I was so glad to hear that I don't have to have surgery . His office offers the latest in non surgical treatment options to help rehab my knee. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Eves , his staff and the PA that took me on a tour of the state of the art rehab facility/ equipment that I will be spending time with. read more

I agree with the first review holy toledo 1 hour 45 mins today it is impossible for him to take care of all the patients he had today in the time I was there. His PA tried her best to talk me out of getting surgery for a complete meniscus tear! When I insisted on surgery Dr Eves said 2-3 weeks and I was told at the desk expect a call in month. If you need a knowledgeable, conservative and experienced physician make an appointment with Dr. Eves. You may have to wait a few extra minutes to see him but when someone is good and they treat all people equally that is a trade off. I want to be heard and seen and so do his other patients. I have to agree in part with the first reviewer. I was Dr. Eves's patient for a number of years (no longer). He used to have two older partners, and I think that when they retired, he kept the same number of patients. I always allowed three hours for appointments when I had to go to work afterward. One hour in the waiting room plus one in the examining room was not unusual. I once arrived for the first appointment of the day and signed in and noticed that there were eight other patients to see him, all with that first appointment time. The biggest problem is the parking. His is not the only office in the building, and when you have many, many patients waiting hours, the parking spaces don't free up easily. There is limited parking allowed on Fourth Avenue, and on occasion I have walked five blocks to the office. And I have a handicapped placard! I found the support staff and the physician's assistants in that office to be wonderful, but the waiting times are outrageous. In my general practitioner's office, there is a sign "If you are waiting more than twenty minutes for your appointment, please bring it to our attention." I think Dr. Eves should take a lesson from that. Giving two stars because of the high quality of the other staff. read more
