I've been coming to this office for the past five years or so maybe more. In general I'm a very boring patient but I have to say I am always satisfied with the cleaning that I get at Dr. Carroll's office. Dr. Caroll himself is very kind. I never really see him for long but he's very personable and he always make sure to answer all your questions. Well, keeping Dr. Carroll as a huge secret is not fair:)). I am Dr. Carroll's patient since 2005. Never ever ever ever had any issues with dental care or attitude. In fact, it's a very much family like atmosphere in a super doper modern office. I've been to other modern dental offices. OK comparing with the office of MY dentist. Always helpful, never judgemental with great respect to patient's choices and needs. I moved to another country for a couple of years, came back and bought a new house very very far from Austell. My attempts of trying to find a dental office in Decatur and surrounding areas resulted in total frustration, mistreatment and huge overcharge. Not only for services provided but the ones not provided. Let the Dental Board of Georgia deal with it. i called Dr. Carroll's office. Only one person is there since good old times, others (not many, just an administrator and the hygienist, retired). I was greeted and treated by new stuff as if they knew me all these years. I immediately felt at home. And the issue which at Aspen dental and three more dental offices nobody wanted to deal was, MY dentist, Dr. Carroll, fixed in no time. The issue was at the beginning a loose tooth on a denture based on implants, then the tooth fell out. Oh, yeah, I was accepted by those so called dental offices and their "professionals" could not even identify what was wrong with the tooth (until it fell out:), but charged me big time (insurance has its limits, you know). Just now wrote a $266 to the Aspen Dental... for nothing. Anyway, my tooth is back in! Which is wow. My insurance, tadadadam was charged just $120. I talked with Dr. Carroll about a new denture, mentioned that I can have one done in a different country for a very reasonable price. Let me share the reaction of Dr. Carroll, he said "Go for it". It was me who started complaining about "what ifs" ( the denture with lost tooth was completed in that country). You know what Dr. Carroll said?! Not to worry, just ask the foreign dentist to provide all the information on materials they were to use. Can you believe THAT?! I heard from many American dentist very nasty comments about the dentists from other countries. Not here. High professionalism, total support of the patient. The best, really the very best esthetic dentist ever! Dr. Carroll, I love you, I appreciate you, I have the greatest respect to you. And the way you train your administration team! Please be healthy, please be happy, please, please, please do not ever retire! read more

Dr. Carroll has a heart for patient care. I had an emergency with a 3 tooth bridge in the upper front; you know the smile zone. They took care of me and worked me in. I left a Happy Camper! read more

My parents and I LOVE Dr. Carroll. He practices general dentistry as well as oral surgegry. He's been our family dentist for over a decade, and I have no intention of ever leaving him. For as long as I live in the Atlanta metro area, I'll make my way over to his Austell office. I like everything about this practice: the ladies up front, the hygenists, the office itself, and the crown jewel, Dr. Carroll. He's funny and has a great "bedside" manner with patients. Along with a great personality comes a great deal of skill and knowledge. In addition to the general dentistry, he is also an oral surgeon--something that my stepdad has found very, very useful over the past several years. There's no hassle in going from dr. to dr. for oral surgery. They guy who treats you regularly is the guy who does the surgery, and does it well. The man can never retire. I won't let him; I have no desire to try to find someone to replace him. I highly recommend his office. read more

I'm not the high five kind of guy but I have to give Dr. Bill Carroll a big high five. I went in two weeks ago with a tooth ache and it turned out that the tooth was cracked and I would need a crown. To make a long story short, the procedure was complete the same day and I can honestly say I noticed the difference in his skill level vs. other dentist; unfortunately this was not my first crown. I LOVE Dr. Carroll and all of his staff. They are wonderful. Dr. Carroll is the best most in depth dentist I have ever had. He spent more time with me on every visit then I have spent in my entire life of regular dentist visits. He and his staff are very caring and funny. I am a complete wimp when it comes to pain and anything to do with my mouth. Dr. Carroll and his staff put me at ease and work so well that I have NEVER experienced any pain. DR.Carroll gave me my life back .For over 25 years I had learned how to smile without showing my teeth.When I was growing up l always took care of my teeth ,at that time there was a school dentist my last visit there I will never forget. He had applied some horrible liquid behind my upper and lower teeth.When I went to a regular dentist he gave my Mom the news that l would lose those teeth over time.It took five years to start the damage and dentist after dentist was very cruel. So l felt hopeless..until one day friends of mine told me about Dr.Carroll...well l went and not only had l learned how to smile without showing my teeth but talk as well. I was so ashamed of my teeth.. when telling Dr.Carrol about my teeth all l could do was cry. Well Dr.Carroll was so sweet and looked at me and told me he would make my smile beautiful again... He attends seminars all over the country to keep up with the latest techniques and takes a personal interest in his clients. Dr. Carroll has been my dentist for the past 10 years and I have always been satisfied. Recently I developed a toothache. I called in, his staff was away for continuing education. I called the emergency number, turns out to be his cell. Since the pain would come and go, we made plans for the following week. He still made the effort to follow up that Friday evening and the following Saturday morning to be sure the pain had not increased. Dr. Carroll, is one of a kind. This man not only knows his business, and has the knowledge, but he is a professional. He cares about the patients he has and shows it in many ways. He is a blessed man. He loves his business and patients. As a matter of fact, I had a crown break from my tooth, on 09-16-11, at about 5;30 p. m. I searched for a dentist to help me as I had to go to work the next day. And I couldnt with a hole right in front of my mouth. That meant that I would of lost three days of work. I called Dr. Carroll and explained what happened. And with no hestiation, Dr. Carroll advice me to meet him down at his office. I did. He fixed my tooth. This man I cannot thank enough, he has so much compassion, caring, for his patients. He could of not taken the time, but he did. This is the second emergency he has done for me. First time he was playing golf I called with the same similar problem, he said meet me at my office in an hour Iam walking off the golf course now. Now I have not heard of or seen another Dentist, that his patients become number one. I will always go to Dr. Carroll, he is good at what he does he is excellent, perticular in his work. He makes sure his work is done right, Once you go to him you will be able to tell that this man really does care, and puts his patients first. I would recommed him to all my friends.
