Eight Point had a more user friendly approach They were able to come in just a few weeks to fit my schedule, and did a fine job. I told them not to run power tools (noise) before 8:00 am, and they didn't. I have a koi pond in the yard and couldn't have nails or debris falling into it; they brought sheets of plywood and covered the pond completely (photo). Their guys are go-getters, clean and respectful, hard workers - and the crew (photo) includes a gal, yes, up there hammering nails! As a female contractor myself, I appreciate that Greg had other jobs going on around the city but stopped by several times to be sure all was going well The team removed old shingles, replaced rotted decking, installed new shingles, ridge vents, gutter guards - all in one day (photo, mine's on the left) My neighbor had them do his roof too (no photo) and they were able to complete both in one day (each townhome is ¼ lot). As it fell dark there were a few things that didn't get completed, so, after having worked on other roofs all day, the team came back twice to finish those up. They did a good job cleaning up debris and nails, including from neighbors' properties The company uses some high-tech tools like drones to look at the roof. They hold weekly staff meetings, which I find impressive. And treat not just their clients well, but their employees, too A lot of reviewers mention their pretty roofs. I don't care much about looks - I care about a roof that's water and wind tight. I'm sure I got that, along with good service and fair price from Eight Point Exteriors

My neighbor had used TJ's services at 4LeafClover a while back to pave their backyard, so I called. He came out next morning and gave me an estimate and a few options for materials he had on hand already and could provide for a discount. He happened to have availability, and he and a helper came out that afternoon and started the demo of the existing concrete slabs and weeding. The next day, they came and continued digging out and started filling and leveling the ground. The paving looks excellent, and TJ made sure the design was functional for irrigation (important especially with all the flooding). For ease of moving stuff to/from truck, they tapped out a few planks of the fence. A few pieces were slightly damaged, and they replaced it before they wrapped up on Day 3 - no questions asked. I love the little pattern he did in alternating the direction of the paving - I never even thought of all these little details. He came back day 3 and finished it off in the morning. I'm in love with my new backyard! TJ also always had the brightest smile. In 95+ weather after 6+ hours of hard labor, that positive attitude really stood out to me. 5 stars all the way!

First off every time my insurance company showed up to perform another inspection after hurricane Beryl Adi and his team were here to help represent us and climb on the roof with the inspector. Adi and Marisa would go to bat for us with the insurance company to make sure that the insurance company was doing what was right and in our best interest. I got a very fair quote and great price from their company in the end despite all the extra hours they spent helping me deal with our insurance company. Adi was always just a text away when I had questions, and I would usually get an immediate response, I never even had to call the office. I let them know when I was ready to have the roof installed, Adi came by to show me samples and let me pick out the color that I wanted. It was installed two days after because they had to order the color, and someone took the last slot for the following day before I could sign my contact and pick out the color that I wanted, which was a dark black. Today they came out to install the new roof and it came out so nice! The workers hauled off all the trash and left us with a beautiful new roof. I am so thankful that I was referred to such a great company. It's tough to know who to trust with all the scammers out there. I will definitely be referring my family and when they have roof problems or need a new roof installed.
