As time went on and the landscape around me changed, the need for cleaning began to decrease and by 2017 the need was all but gone. Then I started to notice wearing at one corner of my gutters over the A/C units as well as the growth of Crepe Myrtle trees behind my house (neighbors yard) scraping and hitting my house and gutters and the obvious wear. Realizing new gutters were in my future I got bids from the company that installed my new roof as well as one from AAA Gutter Co. Not only were they cheaper on a more detailed product, Antonio (the owner) did the bid, suggesting screens on all the gutters, even though no trees are around, pointing out wind and blowing debris could be an issue, plus the product is made in the USA!! Better product and cheaper...No brainer! When I called to set the appointment for my new gutters, I spoke to Dora, a familiar, kind voice, I have recognized for the past 22 years (a company that keeps employees for decades; good omen!) She took down all my info, confirming it will take 2 weeks to receive product, they will call the day before installation, to confirm arrival. In exactly 2 weeks, Dora notified me of the installation the next day with their arrival to be between 12 noon and 1:00...They (David & Arturo) arrived at exactly 12:30, they ate a quick bite of lunch and then began the arduous task of installing my gutters at 1:00 pm...It was HOT, my house requires at least a 24' ladder and the area around my house is very limited...I cannot say enough positive things about David and Arturo...Seeing the negative impact the Crepe Myrtle trees were having on my property they asked if they could remedy the problem by pruning the trees back off my house, I agreed...They went above and beyond it was amazing. It took them 6 solid hours with NO break to complete the whole job...They cleaned up EVERYTHING!! A TON of Crepe Myrtle debris, not to mention all the old gutter debris and all was accomplished without so much as a leaf my landscape being damaged. Several weeks later when we were ready to install gutters, he had his crew out on the date and time we expected. They did an amazing job. They were efficient and professional. They were also able to match the new gutters to the gutters the builder had installed. A-Z offers a lot of options and great prices. No point in getting multiple bids like I did. Just go with A-Z.
