We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. They came to do the job when I was at work and threw away all of my gutter covers. They then tried to charge me to replace the gutter covers that they threw away. This all on top of all but one small run being extremely worse than before they replaced them. That all all not pitched correctly and hold water in the middle and they didn't caulk the seams of the corners. On top of that they ordered the wrong color and still installed it. Please for your own sanity do not use them. I have already lost mine.
