You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

I brought in several items for alterations, and when I returned to pick them up, the owner noticed a design on one of the t-shirts. I shared that it was in memory of my nephew, who passed away in a motorcycle accident. He had been a strength coach at UNC, and the community is raising money to support his widow and child. She was so touched by his story that she refused payment and told me to give the money to his family instead. Not only does she do excellent work, but she is also a truly kindhearted and generous person. Highly recommend!

While in Alpharetta recently, I came here to help get several loads of clothes done for my in-laws…read morewhose washing machine had broken and hadn't gotten a replacement for yet. It was middle of August and really freaking hot. They had no AC, and the place was pretty busy. I'm glad they have so many machines, and the machines vary in sizes so that you don't have to use bigger machines if you have a smaller load of laundry to do. The number of machines helped get in and out quickly. I did 6 loads of laundry in around 40 minutes. Just wish the AC was working as the 2 or 3 fans they had setup there were not doing much to keep it cool inside. You can pay with change there, or you can download the app and pay on there. I preferred that option as it was quicker and you didn't have to worry about dropping coins and chasing them. It did seem a little pricey to me, but maybe I just haven't been to a laundromat in a bit.

Logistics: Parking is good and the property had good lighting inside and out. The floors, tables and machines were clean. The machines I used were in good operating condition. Only downside I saw was there were a limited amount of tables for folding your clothes. I was able to find one but if it was a busy night I would have been out of luck. In summary a great experience and I plan to go back. I would definitely recommend this location.
