The staff does not care about the patients at all. They will not call to remind you of your appointment or to tell you the results of your tests. They are rude on the phone and in the office. They are cold and impersonal. After being a patient here for over 10 years I can no longer tolerate the staff and have chosen to take my healthcare needs to another doctor.

HHA is a good practice, and I think they do an overall great job. One thing I really like is that their records are computerized and when I walk out, I have a printed order I can read instead of a hand-written order that I can't make sense of. The nurses are pleasant and do a great job listening as you explain why you're there. Even the wait isn't usually bad - my last doctor you could wait 1-1.5 hours after your appointment time to see the doctor - here, it's usually less than 15 minutes if they are running behind. My only real issue has been the office staff. The response is short sometimes and follow-through can be a little slow if you're trying to get ahold of your doctor by phone. It's not a big deal, but it can be really inconvenient. Net result, I highly recommend the practice and encourage you to check them out.

Dr. Cole has two offices but I've only seen her at this location. It is sort of off the beaten…read morepath, but there's a lot of construction and they seem to be working on making the hospital in the same little medical island bigger. But, on to the doctor. Dr. Cole she is pretty fantastic. She's the sort of doctor you wouldn't mind having coffee with if that didn't sound weird and was probably unethical. I've been seeing her for quite a few years she always goes out of her way to answer all my questions. And sometimes I have weird ones. But she never makes me feel weird. She's helped me in ways other doctors haven't been able to. And she has a great sense of humor. Whether a gynecologist is delivering bad news or a baby, I think that's a pretty important thing to have. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough. Yes, you might have to wait in your exam room for a little longer than you'd like. But you can take up time asking questions, too. She isn't going to hustle you like some doctors do. Tip: if you're ten minutes late to an appointment, you need to reschedule. Other people matter, too. So be on time!

She directed me to the patient registration desks where I was greeted by another friendly employee. After she checked me in, I was directed to the waiting area of the lobby to wait for the person to do my blood work. After a very short, wait, I was taken back to have the blood work done. Yet again, the person doing the blood work was friendly and engaging, It made me very comfortable. He explained his process of finding the best location to take my blood and it was done quickly and painlessly. I've been to this hospital multiple times for myself and with other people and I've seen nothing but the highest quality facility and staff. There is nothing I could suggest that they could improve upon.

Okay so i'm not a leave a review kind of person, but I couldn't let this go…read more I'm pregnant with my first and was doing the Panorama and Horizon blood testing for congenital defects, checking if i'm a carrier for anything etc. I went to this lab to have it done on Monday April 6th around 5:15 pm. The phlebotomists were sweet and an easy stick, but they were asking me what to do with the test. ? I don't know my doctor said hand you the box. A week and a half later I don't have my results so we call. They canceled the test. These professionals didn't know what to do with my test, and instead of calling my doctor or utilizing the resources listed inside the box such as a phone number and provided labels, they instead took my blood samples, threw them in the trash, canceled the test and continued with their day. This is the health of my child and my own health as well and they couldn't care less. If you can avoid it I would not go to this lab. It's okay to not know something - it's not okay to dispose of a sample test that costs $400 and not even notify me while I'm waiting for my results. The one star is for the woman working the front desk. She was very sweet. And really everyone was nice. But throwing my test away like trash is unforgivable.

My sons appointment was at 4pm today. After waiting in the waiting room for 45 mins I get called…read moreback (mind you he is 6 months old and I had to hold him the entire time and he didn't like it) after I got back into the room we did the usual with the nurse. We were waiting for what seemed like forever until I went outside our room to find his doctor sitting there talking to another doctor cutting up and said she'd be in in a minute. Which turned out to be 15 minutes. We were not seen by his actual doctor until 5:40. After she finally came into the room she was very rude to me about the questions I had and half of them were left unanswered. We were her last appointment and she rushed out of the room for the nurses to come in and give him his shots. We were hardly with her for 15 mins. This was the second appointment we have had with her and honestly I'm not sure we will even go back. We were there for a total for 2 hours just for a routine check up. The nurses and girls at the front desk were great, the doctor Rebecca Koehl was not. Very unhappy.
